Cabrio might be just the thing for a Summer evening cruise

If you've been watching the market over recent years, you will have seen value on air-cooled Porches soar. However there are still a few nuggets out there at less than six figures, and this is one.

The 911 Carrera 3.2 set-up was a long way down the development path for this series, offering good low-end grunt from the powerplant with enough performance overall (@150kW) to get your attention. 

While entry cost has never been cheap, a solid example should be easy on the pocket over time, as the mechanicals tend to be very robust. 

One of contributors over the years, Joe Kenwright, fell for the charms of a similar car, in targa form, and explains why here. "When I drive the 911 I feel like I’m back in connection with a car again," he said.

This manual offering claims around 141,000km and a documented service history. It's on offer in Sydney from Pennant Hills Auto Traders and is priced at $70,000.
