Calling all Holden collectors!! This car is for you!! A stunning representation of an A9X Hatchback finished in Palais White with Tan Trim. According to the Holden Historical Services Production Report the A9X was originally produced at GM-Hs Dandenong plant on the 8th of November 1977 and then retailed through J. N. Caldwell (Holdings) PTY. LTD. in Crows Nest in Sydney. Of the 405 A9X vehicles produced this example was#199 in the production scheduled sequence and is only one of 100 Hatchback versions produced. The A9X is a beautiful example that has never been restored but instead jus lovingly cared for and maintained by all its owners over its 45-year existence. Both the outside and the inside are in superb condition without any modifications. The undercarriage is a perfect gauge as to how honest this A9X truly is with lots of factory markings and tags still clear. All the bushes, bearings etc have been replaced also. The car still sits on its original 231 rims too. Prior to the current owner thecar spent approximately 25 years in Canberra. The odometer displays just over 64,000 careful kilometres. The original exhaust, fuel tank and radiator are still with the vehicle. Rarely do such examples of this model become available so do not hesitate to make an appointment to inspect this true piece of Holden motoring history.

the subtle W1 badging gives off a hint of subtleness and so too do the huge Black 20 wheels. Originally offered in only eight colours, this one would have to be one of the best available. Sold through Suttons Chullora in Sydney the W1 was originally ordered from the factory with every option available on this model such as an electric tilt and slide sunroof, Phantom Black roof, Black 20 spare wheel with cover and Covercraft GTS-R W1 individually numbered weather shield HP car cover. The W1 has only travelled a ridiculously low 521 kilometres to date. This example is build number 45 of the total 275 cars made and believed to be one of only 14 in Spitfire

Super rare A9X Hatchback finished in Valencia Orange, the first of three made in this beautiful colour. It was the 51st of the 100 examples ever produced, which makes this car incredibly rare when you think about how many still exist today. The car had not left Western Australia until recently when it was brought to our facility to be sold! From 1985 it remained unused until approximately 1987 in which time the car was resprayed. Due to a change of circumstance the car was deregistered in 1994, then in 2001 it was treated to a full rotisserie restoration which included a freshen up of the driveline and the interior. The car has been detailed in preparation for sale, including some paint correction and rectification of minor stone chips to the front area of the car. The car still retains all its original fibreglass flares, rear spoiler, bonnet scoop and original plastic front spoiler and plastic brake ducts. Rarely do such cars become available

Sports sedan racing had emerged in Australia in 1964, as an avenue for owners of Appendix J touring cars to continue racing when the ATCC moved to the more structured Group C rules. Sports sedan racing was basically a free-for-all with little in the way of formal competition or technical regulations. In the early 1970s, there was a lot of money to be made in the sports sedan racing. Event organ...
