The Holden Special Vehicles SV5000 was a proper V8 bruiser and was built in very limited numbers (359 in total) between 1989 and 1991. Based on the VN Commodore, the SV5000 started life in Holdens Elizabeth plant in South Australia before being transferred to the boffins over at HSV, who were located in Notting Hill in Victoria at the time. This particular SV5000 is finished in SV Racing Green, one of only a handful of colours available on the SV5000 model. Both inside and out this SV5000 presents nicely and has only minor modifications such as a stereo and exhaust upgrade. Comes with original logbook, logbook folder and broadcast sheet. Now available for sale at Muscle Car Warehouse is this beautiful representation of the VR GTS Commodore. When first released the GTS model was as good as it got with its newly developed 215 5.7 litre V8 Holden engine. This car starting its life as a Berlina but now wearing a host of genuine GTS parts. The body kit, wheels and interior are all genuine GTS parts making this Commodore look as close to the genuine article as possible. Cosmetically the only variation is the owners choice to add VS style GTS stickers to the car as opposed to the VR GTS stickers. The car has recently been resprayed and looks fantastic. As mentioned inside consists of genuine VR GTS interior. The stereo system has been upgraded with aftermarket items. The car has only travelled just over 113,000 kilometres which is below average for a car of its age. Powering the car is a stroked 333 cube Holden V8. This car sounds and goes as good as it looks. Now available for sale is what could easily be described as one of the best Mazda RX3 Coupes in the country. Every aspect of this car is day one original and honestly hard to believe. There is not a single modification on this car. Originally imported to New Zealand from Japan and then here to Australia approximately nine years ago and since being in Australia has only had two very careful owners. A full feature on the RX3 was published in issue 49 of Survivor Car Magazine. Running its original 10A engine with original four speed manual transmission that runs and sounds just like it did the day it rolled off the showroom floor. Shortly after the GSII Series III the model was renamed to the GT which then ran the 12A engine paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Factory fitted with a working 8 track radio, air conditioning, safety flare, original plastics on all door trims, unused genuine Mazda seat covers, snow chains and even the brand-new spare wheel and tyre! The GTO we present for sale here is a beautiful example of this rare HSV model. Now for sale is this 1959 Sunbeam Alpine Series 1. The car was restored approximately five years ago which consisted off a full respray and a full re trim. At this time all the bright work and bumpers were restored too. The two litre four cylinder engine is matched with a four speed manual transmission with over drive that runs nicely. A brand-new soft was fitted and included is a brand-new tonneau cover and the original hard top. This beautiful British sports car is ready to be enjoyed with the top down and is available by inspection at our Kogarah facility. The Sunbeam Alpine is a two-seater sports roadster/drophead coupé that was produced by the Rootes Group from 1953 to 1955, and then 1959 to 1968. The name was then used on a two-door fastback coupé from 1969 to 1975. The original Alpine was launched in 1953 as the first vehicle from Sunbeam-Talbot to bear the Sunbeam name alone since Rootes Group bought Clément-Talbot, and later the moribund Sunbeam from its receiver in 1935. The Sunbeam Tiger is a high-performance V8 version of the British Rootes Group's Sunbeam Alpine roadster, designed in part by American car designer and racing driver Carroll Shelby and produced from 1964 until 1967. Shelby had carried out a similar V8 conversion on the AC Cobra, and hoped to be offered the contract to produce the Tiger at his facility in the United States. Two major versions of the Tiger were built: the Mark I (19641967) was fitted with the 260 cu in (4.3 L) Ford V8; the Mark II, of which only 633 were built in the final year of Tiger production, was fittedwith the larger displacement Ford 289 cu in (4.7 L) engine. Two prototype and extensively modified versions of the Mark I competed in the 1964 24 Hours of Le Mans, but neither completed the race. Rootes also entered the Tiger in European rallies with some success, and for two years it was the American Hot Rod Association's national record holder over a quarter-mile drag strip.
