2005 CV8-Z Holden Monaro

For a while there it was possible to get some real bargains when it came to modern Commodore-based Monaros.

However we suspect those days may be ending, as there is evidence the prices are starting to firm up.

Graysonline currently has an example on the block. Bidding began at $27k and it will be interesting to see where it ends up.

Built at the very end of 2005 in the twilight of Monaro production, this beaut-looking auto Z has travelled 174,588 kilometres and it's likely every one of them put a smile on the driver’s face.

Finished in stunning black this modern local classic had a partial service history.
