The Ferrari F355 was introduced in May 1994, as a direct replacement for the Ferrari 348. Initially the F355 was only available with 6 speed manual transmission but in 1997 the Formula One style paddle gear shift developed by Ferrari and Magneti Marelli was launched. The emphasis behind the Pininfarina designed F355 was to improve performance, as well as drivability across a wider range of speeds and in different environments including lower city speeds. The F355 was built around a steel monocoque with tubular steel rear sub-frame. The 355 offered fully independent front and rear suspension with coil springs over gas-filled telescopic shock absorbers, electronic control servos and anti-roll bars. Aerodynamic design for the car included over 1,300 hours of wind tunnel analysis. The car incorporates a Nolder profile on the upper portion of the tail, and fairing on the underbody that generates negative lift when the car is at speed. Apart from the displacement increase from 3.4 to 3.5 litre, the major difference between the V8 engine in the F348 and F355 is the introduction of a 5-valve per cylinder head, hence the name F355 3.5l and 5 valves per cyliner. This new head design allowed for better air intake and resulted in a more powerful engine producing 370bhp at 8,250rpm, this resulted in a 0-60 mph of just 4.6 secs and onto a top speed of 183mph. As with all Ferraris only the best materials available at the time were used in their no expense spared production. The Ferrari F355 F1 Spider offered here at Autostorico was supplied new in April 1998 by Tamsen Ferrari Germany. Finished in Nero with Nero leather, this lovely example has covered a mere 21,209 miles and has been well maintained with the last service having been carried out by Autohaus Ferrari at 20,320 miles. This striking example offers such specification highlights as; Red brake calipers, Climate control, Original Ferrari tool kit, CD changer, Electric windows and Remote central locking. Viewing strictly by appointment only.

1988 Ferrari 328 GTS. Rare and beautiful colour combination of Blue Chiaro and a Light Grey interior. The Ferrari 328 GTS and GTB made their worldwide debut at the 1985 Frankfurt Motor Show and its styling was an obvious evolution of the Ferrari 308 series, however, Pininfarina's Leonardo Fioravanti had softened his previous design and it still remained a popular choice with the Ferrari aficionados. Another significant difference over the Ferrari 308 is the use of galvanized steel, which greatly reduces potential rust problems compared to its forebear. Under the engine cover is the same transversely-mounted, fuel-injected V8 from the Ferrari 308 Quattrovalvole, with an increase in displacement. By increasing both bore and stroke, the 'quattrovalvole's capacity was raised to 3,186cc which, together with a higher compression ratio, revised pistons, and an improved Marelli engine management system, lifted maximum power to 270bhp at 7,000rpm. Top speed was raised to within a whisker of 160mph (258km/h)with 0-60mph being achieved in 5.5 seconds. Beneath the skin, the tubular steel chassis remained much as before, with all-round independent suspension by double wishbones, four-wheel servo-assisted disc brakes, and aluminium-alloy wheels, though the latter were increased in size. The interior too had come in for subtle revision and now featured improved instruments, switchgear, and heating. While the 328 GTS was a runaway commercial success for Ferrari, the number of RHD cars built was less than 10% of the production run. This particular Ferrari 328 GTS is one of just 250 right-hand-drive models without ABS. The lovely Spider (Targa top) is presented in the incredibly rare combination of clear blue' (Blu Chiaro) with a contrasting light grey hide and dark blue carpets. We understand there are fewer than 15 right-hand-drive examples of the 328 GTS in this particular colour combination. Additionally, this car also features split-rim alloy wheels, a fitment usually reserved for its bigger brother theexclusive 288 GTO. It has recently benefitted from new tyres all round, brake discs and pads, and a suspension service including springs and shock absorbers. Keys Motorsport have carried out the scheduled service and cam belt replacement and the car has covered less than 500 miles since. The car is accompanied by an extensive history file including service invoices and previous MoTs and has covered just 61,000 miles. The 328 GTS is a wonderful classic Ferrari, eminently usable and yet offers genuinely impressive performance. A rare right hand drive Blue Chiaro example that has been professionally prepared. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. The Ferrari will be supplied with a fresh MOT and free U.K delivery included.

![CDATA[Introduced at Garage Francorchamps, Belgium in 1992, the 456 was Ferraris attempt to produce a motor car that was somewhat different from their usual offerings. The idea was to generate the space and comfort of a Gran Turismo (GT) whilst being the most powerful 2+2 in the world. The 456 GT incorporated features familiar to generations of Ferrari cognoscenti with the front-mounted, four-cam, V12, rear transaxle, tubular steel space frame chassis and all-independent suspension remaining. There was also an electronically controlled adaptive suspension and two gearbox options offered, a six-speed gearbox or a five-speed automatic. Power was supplied via the nearly 450 horsepower, V12 that produced a massive 398 ft-lb of torque at 4,500rpm. Variable-ratio power steering, three-way adjustable suspension dampening and self-levelling rear ride height. The interior was well appointed with features you expect from a luxury motor car. Aerodynamically efficient with a subtly beautiful curvaceousbody, the 456 remained stable up to its maximum speed of around 190mph, a figure that made it the world's fastest production four-seater passenger car. We are delighted to offer this low mileage example of a Ferrari 456M GT, with the five-speed automatic that may only be described as in excellent condition throughout. The 456M, the M representing Modificata or Modified, was introduced during 1998 and included improved aerodynamics, cooling and design changes to the interior that still featured Connolly hide and re-designed seating. Power from the 5470cc, V12 remained the same. This Ferrari was initially delivered to Japan via the Japanese dealership Cornes & Co. Ltd and was subsequently imported and registered in the UK in March 2018; please note that all duties have been paid. The coachwork is presented in the original factory colour of Grigio Ingrid, the paint and panel work both being unmarked. The rich warm tan leather interior is elegant, simple and uniquely Italian and may be described asvirtuallyunmarked, it certainly exudes quality, a testament to the low mileage displayed upon the odometer. The 456 also includes a complete tool kit, manuals and service records. We are informed that this fine Ferrari is UK registered and will arrive at the sale having undergone a service, cam belt service and an MoT test to give peace of mind to a new owner. Offered in stunning condition, this Ferrari 456 GT stands out with its perfect balance of aggressiveness, elegance, lovely colour combination and only awaits a lucky new owner to enjoy it to the full.]]

The Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2, 400 and 412 are front-engined, V12, 2+2 grand tourers made between 1972 and 1989. The three cars are closely related, using the same body, chassis and engine evolved over time. After Ferrari's custom, their numeric names refer to the engines' single cylinder displacement expressed in cubic centimetres and therefore changed with each update to reflect the increasing displacement. The gearbox was either a five-speed, all-synchromesh manual with a single-plate clutch or three-speed automatic unit. Five-spoke alloy wheels were mounted on Rudge knock-off hubs. Fittingly for a large grand tourer, standard equipment included leather upholstery, electric windows and air conditioning. The body was altered with a raised rear deck granting more luggage space. Pininfarina made many subtle tweaks to modernize the exterior. The bumpers were body-coloured; at the front, there was a deeper spoiler and, at the rear, a black valance incorporated the foglamps and exhaust pipes. Today, itssleek, Pininfarina-designed lines and relatively limited production numbers have cemented its position as one of the most iconic Ferrari of the 1980's.
