Offered up for sale here is a very charming Mercedes-Benz W126 300SE. This is one of the late 300SE's finished in Pearl Blue.Less than 18 months ago this car was subject to over 45,000 worth of investment. This was made up of 7500 worth of parts, over 3000 worth of specialist interior and wood refurbishment and over 400 man hours. One of our longest standing customers and current owner spent this huge sum with a no expense spared attitude. The car had many times its value spent on it due to its sentimental value. Belonging to the owners mother for some time it was her pride and joy yet was forlorn and had been off the road for many years. The car drives faultlessly to match its great looks and has been adored. Now up for sale at a very fetching price, do not miss out on what is a great car for a great price.

Offered up for sale we have perhaps one of the most iconic cars of the eighties, finished in the legendary John Player Special livery this Lotus Esprit S3 Turbo is a true show stopper. The S3 Turbo Esprit was the posterchild of the yuppie brigade! Sitting in and driving this car takes you back to a time of big hair, big sunglasses and shoulder pads, big spoilers and in this case, big turbos! The vehicle has serious pace for a car of its age, once the big turbo spools up the boost pins you in your bucket seat. It is almost obligatory to have the period Blaupunkt stereo permanently tuned into Duran Duran! The vehicle spent a number of years in dry storage before undergoing a full two-year restoration, the hard work and attention to detail is obvious and the car is as good underneath as it is on top. The car features some personalized cosmetic enhancements such as a full body de-seam and roof rail delete, which really accentuate Guigaro's design and lines. This Esprit S3 is already a classic withinits own right, covering only 56,000 miles from new its not only rare but highly sought after. The cars origins are further backed up by a genuine Lotus certificate of provenance accompanied by a supporting letter. With only 4 owners since 1984 and an MOT until August next year this is a perfect useable classic that's very capable of turning heads wherever you go. The unique 80's styling has cemented its place in history and the price on these vehicles is only on the way up with good examples like our car appreciating every year. This is a rare opportunity to own a truly awesome classic Lotus. The gold coloured BBS wheels have been fully refurbished and shod with brand new rubber. Various rubber trims have been renewed and an in-depth mechanical run through undertaken. She is now ready to grace any collection, indulge the boy hood fantasy or just hit the open road and boost towards the horizon in pure 80's style. Viewing by appointment only.

This is an excellent example of a very rare variant of the iconic Jaguar XJS. In 1992, Jaguar closed the department tasked with manufacturing the ultra luxurious, hand-made Daimler DS420. This left their craftsman facing redundancy unless their skills were used elsewhere - hence 'Insignia' was born. This was a bespoke service, allowing prospective buyers to specify an XJ40 or an XJS in various unique colours that were created for the Insignia Collection. You could also specify the trim, wood, wheels etc. - an opportunity to create a vehicle tailored specifically to you. This particular car is one of the best around, having been specced with the majority of the options that were available. Although Jaguar were planning to produce around 200 XJS Insignias, in fact, only 57 were ever produced. Of those, only 7 of the four litre straight six coupes were RHD. This car is one of them, and 1 of 1 in this particular colourway - it is truly unique. A 1993 model, presented in Jaguar Lavender metallic withLotus white leather interior, and having covered only 48,000 miles - remarkably low for its age - the car is in stunning condition. Without question, one of the most rust free, unmolested examples of an XJS you are ever likely to find. Given the rarity and standard of the car, we couldn't bear to see the car left with small imperfections, such as car park dents, stone chips etc. Thus, the car has been through our workshop to tidy and freshen up the paintwork, refurbish the wheels etc., which ultimately has brought it up to an excellent standard befitting of its rarity, low miles and originality. The car is also supplied with its attractive K1 XJS numberplate.

This particular DB4 Series 2 is on the market with the previous owner, Mr D Banton, having bought the car in December of 1976 and has just undergone a complete restoration through ourselves. DB4/449/R was first registered on the 17th November 1960 where it was sold to a Mrs N Cotton of Bournemouth, then sold to a Mr S Dicks of London in 1965, whereupon it was sold to Mr Richard Butt of Grays who subsequently sold it to his brother, a Mr (Roger) Butt who kept the car until 1976. Mr D Banton used the car regularly in and around London and perhaps more fitting for a car of this style, slightly further afield with trips across Europe to the French Alps for skiing holidays. In 1983 Mr D Banton sent the car for a full bare metal respray, keeping the original colour of Dubonnet Red. Other work includes receipts in the history file dating back to 1976 with hand written invoices from Ian Moss, Aston Martin specialists. Further maintenance was carried out in the late 70's with bills from Aston Martin andAston specialist Hyde Vale and later in 1996 with Ian Moss once again. Also in the history file is a copy of the buff log book, handbook and a copy of the original invoice from 1960. The DB4 was a true sports car to the DB5's Sports GT, and the values are continuing to increase in line with all classic Aston values. The Series 2 cars had some minor modifications over the original design including a front hinged bonnet (rather than the 'crocodile' bonnet of the Series 1), uprated front calipers and oil pump and an enlarged sump. Fresh from a full nut and bolt restoration, the car has had a full bare metal respray in Silver Birch, finished with black leather interior. Oselli have rebuilt the engine to 4.2 litre specification with unleaded fuel conversion, whilst lightening and balancing the engine and fitting Cosworth forged pistons. The 4 speed David Brown gearbox has been rebuilt and overdrive fitted. Electric power steering has been retrofitted, in addition to a heated rear windscreen, electronicclock, electric aerial and retro-look radio with iPod connection. It has new wire wheels with period correct Avon Turbosteel tyres, and a larger anti-roll bar to improve cornering and lessen body roll. The car has also had an oil cooler and Kenlowe electric fan installed. A fantastic opportunity to obtain one of the very best Series 2 DB4s on the market today. Offered up for sale here is a truly special machine, a factory UK supplied RHD Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda. Now presented in fetching Signal Red (568H) the car is a real show stopper with a headturning presence and admiring glances from all. The incredibly original cognac MB tex interior, brown carpets and Beige Mohair soft-top give the car a subtle but stylish feel with a factory hard top adding to this cars ever growing inventory of desirability boxes being ticked. The non-headrest seats are a very desirable option which only better an already elegant profile, and is a feature revered by purists of the w113 280sl. We can also confirm that this car is of course a fully matching numbers vehicle with its original straight six engine and three speed automatic transmission making this car the most desirable spec of W113 Pagoda possible and therefore and fantastic investment opportunity. This Pagoda was first registered on the 21st of August 1970 and comes with a healthy history file including a largenumber of invoices and MOT certificates dating back nearly 40 years. The ownership history is fully documented all the way back to the very first owner in 1970 and the last registered keeper of this 280SL had the car for 23 years, spending in excess of 20,000 on its clearly loving upkeep. Some of the recent works carried out include a full respray followed by an engine and gearbox rebuild. Electronic ignition was also fitted to bring the vehicle up modern standards of reliability and usability. Accurately describing this car as presenting very smartly indeed yet with just enough mellowed patina throughout to bring the car into the more affordable status of eminently usable. Being undoubtedly the most desirable variant of the timeless W113, prices for this specific model can often exceed 225,000 for an absolutely Concours fully restored example. This car for sale here represents an opportunity to experience the true driving pleasure of this iconic model with a circa 100,000 cost saving from ourfully restored examples which are more common place than usable examples due to their rarity, desirability, value and collectability status. Having restored countless Pagoda's we are very well placed to make the judgement that this car drives every bit as well as many other examples tens of thousands of pounds more expensive, clearly owing to the no-expense spared attitude of its former custodians in regards to its outstanding driving performance. This really is one of the best driving pagoda's we have offered for sale at any price point. The car is absolutely ready to go for summer and can be further invested in over time in regards to minor cosmetics or under body details if desired, completely safe in the knowledge that these type of works are certainly non-essential to the usability factor of this car, yet would be a sound investment should its future destiny to be sitting on a Concours show lawn as well as gracing the open roads of UK and Europe. If your looking to get into a true 60's styleicon, at a price rarely available on this model (with the history to die for) then this Pagoda is for you, timeless looks and bags of silky smooth power, what more can you want! Rare opportunity. Viewings are by appointment only.
