News: Picnic at Hanging Rock 2014 rescheduled

 
Even a bushfire threat couldn't keep the 27th edition of the Picnic at Hanging Rock from taking place. Originally slated for February 9, event organisers, The Macedon Ranges & District Motor Club inc, had to postpone the day due to extreme weather conditions in the region.

Now set for Sunday May 4, the annual picnic is billed as ‘The premier show for Classic Vehicles 25 years and older’ and is expected to draw over 2000 classic vehicles for display, along with trade stands, sponsor displays, an entertainment area for the kiddies and and refreshments available on-site.

Public parking will be available from 8:00am, with admission set at $20 per vehicle, or $5 for each motorcycle or pedestrian walk-in. Children admitted free of charge.
