The interior is mostly original and untouched but has had an aftermarket stereo fitted. Lurking under the hood is the mammoth 428 Cobra Jet big block engine with matching number and is backed by a four speed Top Loader. Although the car originally came with a C6 automatic and 3.1 9 rear end. Odometer reads just over 63,000 miles and the Shelby starts, runs, and stops for anyone who wanted to make the car roadworthy as is and enjoy it now. ....An upcoming addition to our vehicular family means that, sadly, our "Henrietta" has to go. She's an 08/2002 AU2 Ford Fairlane Sportsman V8, with a stack of paperwork, including the original Dealer Delivery (ACT), and all service and maintenance worksheets and receipts from that time to date. She's travelled 165,184 kM on almost entirely extra-urban excursions, and apart from XR8 suspension, adjustable Konis, a front sway bar (adjustable), and a transmission cooler She's entirely stock. On a very recent trip of almost 1,000kM, in all honesty She ran superlatively, while returning her usual 10L/100kM on RON 98 (which is the only fuel I've ever used). She comes with spare headlights, taillights, and the rear garnish, and to be entirely up-front, the photos here show her very few imperfections; so please look carefully at the included notes before asking questions If theres a cleaner AU2 Sportsman around anywhere, then I haven't seen it, and neither have all the people who comment on how "nice" She looks when I'm driving, or visiting Coffee n' Cars etc. I know that the market's down a bit right now, which is why I'm willing to accept $16,000, and sorry, not a dollar less!
