Built in April of 2016 and purchased from Biti Motors in Culcairn NSW. Finished in beautiful Victory Gold with all the exclusive Sprint extras such as badging, striping, rear spoiler, and original Sprint wheels. Sporting the famous 5.0 litre Coyote Supercharged Ford engine that pumps out 345 kilowatts which is 462 horsepower in standard form and with 400 kilowatts and 535 horsepower with overboost which will slingshot this Sprint from 0-100 in approximately 4.5 seconds and 12.6 in the standing quarter!! This AC Cobra replica is based on a South African produced chassis by Hi-Tech / Superformance. With gleaming black paintwork and matt black Cobra style stripes. To keep with the race theme numbering and stencilled tyres suit this Cobra perfectly. Also sitting on period correct Halibrand wheels. Originally built and owned by Sash, renowned car restorer and engine builder from AN Racing in Sydney, the car features a 364 cube Windsor engine pumping out 580hp at the flywheel. The engine is made up from a Dart block, Scat crank and rods, JE pistons, custom roller cam, AFR 210cc heads, Victor Jnr intake and lastly a 925cfm Pro Systems carbie. Helping to get all that power to the ground is a four speed Top Loader and a Jaguar Tru Trac rear end. Stopping power is taken care of by Jaguar discs all round. This incredibly special Holden Ute was built for James Brock and was produced by Wayne Park in Queensland who was the original builder of all the V8 Brutes. James Brock first competed in round three of the 2003 V8 Ute Championship at Wakefield Park and went on to finish 3rd in the Championship that year along with numerous pole positions and lap records. In the same year James and Father Peter Brock drove the car together and won the Great Aussie Ute Race which was held at the Bathurst 24 Hour Race at Mount Panorama. In 2004 the car was driven by Damien White who along with a string of pole positions and lap records won that years Championship. James Brock then went on to race the Ute again in 2005 under the Team Brock banner and under the Brock Race Engineering banner in 2006. James would go on to race the Ute for the last time at the last round of the Championship at Eastern Creek in 2006 where the car finished in 3rd place. The car still proudly wears its Team Brock livery today.
