VP Commodore Executive BT1, a factory V8 finished in (1J064) Alaskan White. This car was ordered new by New South Wales Police as confirmed by inside of its owners manual. This Bt1 has been confirmed as a previous NSW Woy Woy Highway Patrol Vehicle- 1992-1993 via NSW Police fleet records (advised by current owner). Was Bravo 208. Original NSW rego was SGE-614. In 1993, the significantly redesigned VR Senator was released. The rear seating was from the Holden Statesman. Along with the rest of the HSV range, the Senator body kit was penned by designer Ian Callum to produce a sleeker, more aggressive stance along with a 185 kW (248 hp) version of the 5.0-litre V8. A new suspension setup was developed, known as the touring package which aimed to provide capable handling and a smooth ride. Additionally, from May 1994 onwards, the Senator could be optioned with HSV's new 215 kW (288 hp) 5.7-litre "stroker" V8 known as the "215i". The $10,000 "stroker" engine option was hand built as an upgrade over the standard V8. Up for sale here is a beautiful 1994 model Holden VR Senator HSV. On offer for sale is this 2000 Holden Commodore Team Brock Future Tourer raced by James Brock in the 2000/2001 BOC Gases Australian Super Touring Championship. Originally built by Brock under the Diamond Valley Speed Shop banner after Brock had claimed victory in the inaugural category race at Mount Panorama in 1999 with a VS Commodore, this VT Commodore made its racing debut at Oran Park in July 2000 and competed in Brock Jnrs hands with backing of V8 Sleuth partner Biante Model Cars. The car also saw a certain P. Brock jump behind the wheel for some practice laps, including. When the BOC Gases Series under TOCA Australia stopped after the summer of 2000/2001 season, the car ended up competing in a handful of Future Tourer races at Power Tour/Super Truck events and was later used as a driver training car under the Team Brock banner, updated to VY specification.
