The FPV GT 40th Anniversary model commemorates 40 years of the Falcon GT name in Australia, commencing with the original XR GT of 1967. It was released in April 2007. Only 200 units were built and with only 175 available to the Australian market the other 25 were shipped to Ford dealerships in New Zealand. Not only was it the first R-spec model, but is also the rarest, each car was fitted with a unique build number badge in the centre console and all vehicles sold came with a certificate of authenticity, FPV floor mats, Recaro GT-P front seats and integrated iPod/MP3 player input. The GT-P 40th Anniversary was available with six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission and could be optioned with upgraded 6 piston front / 4 piston rear Brembo brakes- which was a $7,000 option at the time, in total 111 units were manual running a 5.4lt V8 producing 290kw. All vehicles were finished in Silhouette black with contrasting Gold stripe packages ridding on factory 19-inch alloy wheels with black accents to complete the exterior package. This 1 owner vehicle has had some modifications carried out starting with the engine, Herrod Cam, Carbon fibre intake with twin 64mm throttle bodies, Custom drive by wire with Stealth Nitrous system (custom design bottles visible in boot), twin 2.5 X-force S/Steel exhaust system and custom SCT tune producing 342kw @ the rear wheels (Dyno sheet provided) also has an Eaton Tru-track diff centre with 4:11 ratios making this future classic a serious street sleeper, but if this doesnt rock your boat the current owner has kept all the original parts to put back to standard if the new owner wishes to do so, now showing just under 42,000km on the odometer this modern classic still presents in pristine condition throughout with glass coat protection from new which has preserved this vehicle to the highset standard. Being build number 68/200 retains all its original log books service history, compendium and certificate of authenticity which also comes with a spare set of gold mesh Vertini 20 wheels in excellent condition. This immaculate 40th Anniversary classic doesnt get much better than this with limited numbers available make no mistake this wont last long. Now available to view in our Kogarah facility

Perhaps a little less constrained by the bean counters, the Ford engineers morphed an XA GT Falcon Hardtop into the unique Ford Landau Coupe. Packing full GT running gear with a 351 Cleveland under the stylish hood, FMX T-Bar automatic and 9" LSD this luxo Falcon GT was beefed up with LTD DNA including its disappearing he...

For sale as part of a serious Ford Fairlane collection is this beautiful 1971 Vermilion Fire ZD Fairlane K Code. One of the classic Sixties cars was Fords Mustang, a personal sports coupe introduced in 1964 to general acclaim and by 1966 was breaking all sales records in fact the Mustang notched up 1,000,000 units sold that year. Ford had the sense to leave the winning formula alone for 1966, and in September that year, Hertz and Peyton Cramer, Shelbys General manager, collaborated on a 1966 Shelby GT350H as a rental car to attract potential buyers. Hertz Sports Car Club members where able to rent on for $17 a day and pay 17c a mile. Attired in black with gold Le Mans stripes, renting a Shelby GT350H was extremely popular among racing enthusiasts, many would take it to the drag strip and others would remove the engine and place it into their personal cars so they would not damage the body of the rental. After many years the Shelby GT350 became a scarce and sought after American muscle car with many multimillion dollar examples being sold under the hammer. This particular Mustang remains as a left hand drive which has been restored to replicate the GT350-Hertz in the desirable Black with Gold stripe combination and presents in stunning condition maintaining its mint day one trim with heaps of street appeal and is a blast to drive, running a mild 289 V8 Windsor, T-bar automatic gearbox and power steering not forgetting the integrated air-conditioning for that comfort weekend cruise ridding on period correct sports wheels a real head turner.
