The Holden Special Vehicles SV5000 was a proper V8 bruiser and was built in very limited numbers (359 in total) between 1989 and 1991. Based on the VN Commodore, the SV5000 started life in Holdens Elizabeth plant in South Australia before being transferred to the boffins over at HSV, who were located in Notting Hill in Victoria at the time. This particular SV5000 is finished in SV Racing Green, one of only a handful of colours available on the SV5000 model. Both inside and out this SV5000 presents nicely and has only minor modifications such as a stereo and exhaust upgrade. Comes with original logbook, logbook folder and broadcast sheet. When HSV said they saved the best till last, they were right. The Holden VN Group A was something else when released in 1990. Being the lowest production bult HSV and even compared to by some to the Ford Falcon XY GTHO. Here is your opportunity to own what could easily be described as the best example of a VN Group A. in existence. Owned personally up until 2018 by the DÁlberto family, owners of the reputable DAlberto Holden dealership in Echuca, Victoria. Initially HSV planned to produce 500 examples, but it is commonly known that only 302 examples were produced. This particular car wears build number 333 as this was the build number of the other three Group A Commodores in the DAbreo collection so therefore HSV honoured this and still allocated this build number to this car. With just over 1800km this car could almost be described as a brand-new car and is totally untouched from front to back. This Group A was never registered and still remains unregistered and comes with its two sets of keysoriginal blank logbook meaning you could be the first private owner of this very special HSV. Once again, this car was originally part delivered to the DAlberto Holden dealership in Echuca Victoria and kept with the DAlberto family as part of their private collection until 2018 which was never registered and still remains unregistered with its original blank logbook meaning you could be the first private owner of this very special HSV. In that time the car was only used for maintenance purposes and to this day has only clocked up 1312 kilometres. This car was also allocated build number 333 so that it matched the build numbers of the other Group As already in the collection at the time. Just as you would expect this car is in brand new condition. There are no modifications what so ever and would suit any Commodore or HSV collector. It still retains the original Bridgestone RE71 tyres, original logbook, sales brochure, two sets of original keys and other paraphernalia.
