First registered in 1965 this exceptional DB5 delights in its original condition and colour specification, of Dubonnet Rosso with Black hides. A low mileage example with a highly detailed and comprehensive service and ownership file, spanning over 45 years of use. Clearly much loved and cherished by its previous owners, regardless of cost. A successor to the DB4, the DB5 was introduced in 1964 and remains the first production Aston Martin to be equipped with a 5-speed gearbox, electric windows with tinted glass and twin fuel filler caps. With greater refinement and more performance than its predecessors the DB5 has become widely acknowledged as the most famous car in the world, no doubt as a result of the models association with the worlds favourite fictional secret agent, Commander James Bond. Rare to market and exceptionally well cared for with just 55,000 miles recorded, this example is one of less than 900 coupes manufactured for global distribution and retains its original matching numbers engine and 5 speed transmission. Both rebuilt by respected specialists in recent years, the engine is to 4.2 litre specifications. Prepared and serviced in our workshops, this well sorted and highly enjoyable driving car, is supplied serviced and prepared, with its comprehensive service and restoration history file, 12 months warranty and road side support.

The Mercedes-Benz 190 SL was first displayed at the New York motor show in 1954 and can be largely credited to Max Hoffman who foresaw that the competition success of the 300 SL Gullwing could translate into a popular vehicle for the USA market. The 190 sat at half the price of its bigger 6-cylinder brother in the 300SL and subsequently outsold the more expensive model eight-fold. 190 SLs were produced between 1955-1963 with around 70% of these being delivered to the USA. It was the stunning design and complete usability of the car that suited the US market so well, especially in states such as California. The car we are offering is an EU spec vehicle finished in Ivory with Red leather interior built in 1960. The car has recently enjoyed a full restoration leaving it in absolutely stunning all round condition. The Mercedes 190 SL is one of the most beautiful and iconic Mercedes ever produced, a car that is not only usable but now a real investment opportunity. This example is one of the finest onthe market and would be a fine addition to any of the best collections.

1937 Rolls Royce Phantom 3 Barker Razor Edge Sedanca. Chassis number: 3-CP-186 Registration number: MMN425W Forming part of a small collection, this car has been maintained without regard to expense. Indeed it has recently had a very high quality repaint with over £35k being spent upon the car to take it back to bare metal prior to refinishing in its original clours of pale yellow & Masons black. Coachwork is a particularly graceful sedanca by famed coachbuilders Barker & co featuring razor edged lines to the rear roof & boot area. The boot folds open revealing a large luggage area & also has provision for additional cases to be strapped to the surface of the open boot lid. The V12 engine is in fine fettle running cool & quietly whilst starting readily & simply wafting one down the road. Some small tools are present under the drivers & passengers seats. Indicated mileage is 65,199 as of time of writing. The dash board is burr walnut & has the typical oval centre used by Barker on cars of this period. To the interior is beige hide throughout of recent origin & particularly pleasant large expanses of burr walnut to the passenger compartment. An electric division glides up & down to separate the working quarters from the rear seats. Occasional tables, an occasional seat & twin foot rests are fitted to the car. Resplendent with its full set of colour coded ace whel discs, the car presents beautifully & has huge presence on the road. A good phantom 3 in fine order really is the pinnacle of pre war Rolls Royce motoring & this is a great example of the genre. A gallery of large high-resolution pictures may be viewed on our website. 1958 Mercedes 220S Ponton Coupe RHD Registration number: VLK42 As rare as hens teeth; just 23 of these coupes were built in Right hand drive form, most of which have faded away into obscurity. This car was preserved in beautiful order by dint of being supplied new to South Africa & residing in the corrosion free Transvaal until at least 1995 according to the Transvaal registration sticker still in the windscreen. The car comes to us from a noted mercedes collection put togeher by a Mercedes oriented Swiss gentleman living in Scotland. The car is in lovely condition throughout with an utterly solid body seemingly defying its age. The car is finished in its original maroon colour with the paintwork being excellent. To the interior is stone coloured hide againin fine order. The car comes with an original tool, kit & pleasingly has a full set of fitted luggage to the boot. The owner, a perfectionist also recently had the engine rebuilt since when it has covered but a few running in miles with more being needed prior to exploting the cars 100MPH plus performance. We have known the car for a decade having supplied it previously to the current owner. At that time a full article was done on the car by classic & sports car comparing it to a contemporary Bristol. The most luxurious version of the 220s was announced at the 1955 Frankfurt Show, with the unitary construction 220S saloon adapted into a two-door coupe by Sindelfingen, Mercedes-Benz's coachbuilding arm. The 220S coupe and cabriolet models were incredibly expensive, costing almost 75% more than the equivalent four-door saloon, with the exclusive hand-crafted nature of their construction accounting for the price hike. Each panel was individually hand-fitted to the car and the general styling, although similar to the saloon, was actually quite different in almost every panel, along with details like the wraparound windscreen. The 220S employed the well-proven M180 six-cylinder engine, displacing 2195cc and developing 106 bhp at 5200 rpm thanks to twin Solex 32 PAJTA carburettors. Most were equipped with a four-speed all-synchromesh gearbox although a Hydrak automatic clutch was optional and the four-wheel drum brakes came with servo-assist. Always made in limited numbers, the 220S coupe and cabriolet remained in production from 1956 until 1959 and just 3,429 were made, of which only a 23 were originally specified with right-hand drive. The car comes with assorted original booke & very hard to find period advertising brochures etc. Office the details below Richard Biddulph the details below Christoff Cowens 07772188037 We accept Credit/Debit Cards.
