The Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo 1 is one of the most iconic hot hatches from the early 1990s and is still instantly recognisable today. The Evo 1 had a wider front and rear track than the earlier Deltas as well as wider arches and raised front strut mounts. The four wheel drive system derived from their Rally cars was retained and the 2.0L Turbocharged engine was tweaked to produce over 200bhp and 300nm of torque. This power was sent to all four wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox, with 0-60mph being dealt with in 6 seconds flat and pushing on to a top speed of 140mph. The early Evo 1 variants of the Delta were the final homologation cars for the Lancia Rally Team and featured the desirable specification of no catalytic converters. The car we are delighted to offer rolled off the production line in 1992 and was finished in Nero Metallic Black, which it still wears today. It was delivered new to a Michele Raponi in Italy on the 22nd of April 1992, with the rest of the car's ownership beingfully known and documented from new to today. The car maintains its manuals, tool kit, and spare wheel as well as being fitted with the ultra-desirable high-back Recaro seats, which have recently been re-trimmed in Brown Alcantara. It sits today in excellent condition, after covering just over 30,000 miles from new. This car being a low mileage, EU supplied, non-cat Evo 1 presents itself as a great investment opportunity and would be the perfect addition to any collection!
