Opalescent Silver Blue Metallic, What a find ! An largely unrestored example, with exception to a mild paint refreshment carried out in the 1980,s due to the original finish losing its lustre. Straight panels, factory shut gaps and wheel spats that fit as they left the factory are a delight to see and behold in a Jaguar of this period. Interior is completely untouched, leather never been connolised, wood cappings never been refurbished, carpets totally original, roof lining perfect and untouched, door checks original and never been repainted, engine never been dismantled or removed, original chrome work undisturbed and all factory matching numbers throughout. The boot remains period, with the complete factory toolkit in place and original factory stamped Jaguar spanners complete in their recesses. Rare to see the factory supplied Disc wheels in place from new, and can be upgraded to wires if preferred. Purists will leave as is. Example picture attached. The paperwork and documentation isexceptional. The complete original factory supplied bookpack accompanies, in its original vinyl wallet with all pullouts, service voucher book, much invoicing, filling station records, receipts and many previous MOTs dating back over 30 years. The drive of this superbly kept car is exceptional, tight and smooth, rarely found in a restored example. Any well experienced Jaguar man could tell with 3 seconds of walking up to this car it is correct. Very rare and virtually unrepeatable ! (Registration excluded) May P/X, 59,950

This is one of the most unique Jaguar MKII's we have ever come across. This car has had a reported 60,000 spent on a major restoration and modifications enabling the car to be the ideal every day use MKII Jaguar. The beginning of the process was to find a suitable rust free car and the long term owner sourced a right hand drive New Zealand car that is in fact a very early 1959 manufactured car. The Jaguar, a 3.8 automatic was number 1500 off the production line and therefore a first year production car and this is confirmed with a Heritage trust letter. In 2002, now in the UK the rebuild began with a full strip down to bare metal .The body was found to be in excellent order and was prepared as necessary for a top class re-paint. The restoration was carried out by Grace Jaguar and James Watt Automotive in Staffordshire. James Watt spent almost 400 hours on the car prior it going to Hampton Coachtrimming for a full re-trim. Seats were re-trimmed in top quality leather and the headlining and sunvisorstrimmed in suede. A significant modification and part of the restoration was removing the running gear and replacing it with a 2.8 Nissan diesel engine and automatic gearbox enabling exceptional fuel economy and modern performance. Many years were spent restoring this fascinating car and since completion it has only covered 1400 miles. The car arrived with us having only covered 750 miles, most of this recently after the rebuild. Having been in dry storage with very little use over the past few years, a program of work totalling in the region of 4000 has been carried out and 650 miles of road testing has been covered. Work includes a full service, re-conditioned turbo, new subframe mountings, re-conditioned fuel tank, new glow plugs and control relay, new steering shaft UJ and the propshaft has been balanced. The car today presents superbly with its absolutely stunning straight bodyshell free from corrosion issues with beautiful top class metallic paintwork and gleaming chrome finishing the car offperfectly. Wire wheels are also excellent, the upholstery as expected with the low mileage since completion is beautiful and boasts impressive, expensively finished woodwork. On the road the Jaguar offers a totally different driving experience. The 2.8 modern engine is in excellent order, is responsive and offers impressive performance. The automatic gearbox changes smoothly and the handling and braking are top quality with upgraded brakes and power assisted steering. The cost of build is considerably more than the price offered thus offering an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a heavily modified MKII Jaguar that is capable of daily use. Price: 49,995

This fabulous driving MKII 3.4 Jaguar was first registered on the 18th of June 1964. BDG 241B was supplied new in Gloucestershire and the car still retains its original green logbook. The MKII is in original colours, Opalescent silver grey with delightfully aged and original blue leather. The MKII spent many years with its first owner before passing through the family where by the 1980's it was undergoing some restoration work. Photographs and documentation relating to this are with the comprehensive history file that accompanies the car. We first sold this MKII in 2010, taking it in as part of a lovely collection that included a very early E-Type Series One FHC, Triumph Stag, MGB and Jaguar MKV. The car had been with its Holmfirth based owner since August 2005 and had covered 12,000 trouble free miles. The MKII had been a truly fabulous car to own and had proven to be totally reliable and dependable. Maintenance to the highest of standards had ensured it remained a top class driving car andinvoices and receipts are present with the history. For many summer weekends this example had been used for family journeys from West Yorkshire to the North East, Lake District and Norfolk. We soon sold the car to one of our regular customers in Gateshead who has regularly toured in the North East of England and the came back to us in 2015 and sold to a customer in Essex who has enjoyed three years of perfect ownership having spent over 3,000 on an EZ power assisted steering kit on intiial purchase. BDG 241B is a particularly nice car to drive and we would expect the recorded mileage of 89000 is likely to be correct. It has a superb ride, a fantastic strong, reliable engine holding very good oil pressure and there are no knocks or rattles evident. The all syncromesh manual gearbox changes up and down smoothly, the overdrive works correctly and the car is quiet, comfortable and effortless to drive. The MKII handles well and brakes are efficient. This MKII retains delightful largely originalupholstery that clearly indicates this has never been a car left to deterioate. The original Blue leather has beautifully aged and has a lovely patina, the headlining and door cards are original and whilst carpets are not original, they were replaced many years ago. The woodwork has been re-veneered and polished and some stage and look superb and the engine bay and boot look smart with a nice feel of originality. Over four years ago the Jaguar was subject of a re-paint that involved removal of windscreens and fitting all new rubbers. The 20 year old paint had faded and the result of the more recent paintwork is a high quality, stunning finish. The bodywork is in excellent order with superb, straight panels, doors close correctly and the underside is excellent with no corrosion issues. The underside is remarkably original and has been well maintained and regularly waxoyled. The generally original shell is remarkable and finding such an honest, largely original MKII would be difficult. Price: 46,995
