Introduced to the model range by Aston Martin in 2011, the Virage and convertible version, the Virage Volante, were positioned between the DB9 and DBS models. To us, the Virage hasnt yet been fully appreciated; not only one of the best looking Gaydon Era Aston Martins, but also a model enhanced by a number of performance upgrades, making it a significantly more dynamic car to drive than its DB9 cousin. Produced for just over a year, only 369 Virage Volantes were produced at the Gaydon factory, making it one of the rarest models of that era. All Virage Volantes, including our example, were supplied with the six-speed Touchtronic 2 transmission and with Aston Martins Adaptive Damping System (ADS) and Carbon Ceramic brakes. Engine performance was uprated on the Virage model to 490bhp. The superb example we are now delighted to offer was first supplied in September 2011 and is finished in Meteorite Silver with Obsidian Black hides and a black hood. In addition to the standard, luxurious Virage specification, this particular example benefits from optional extras including uprated alarm system, Aston Martin 700w Premium Audio, black brake calipers, piano black veneers, front parking sensors, Sports seats and 20 inch 10 spoke diamond turned wheels. Used sparingly by its two former owners, this car has covered just 13,500 miles from new. Benefitting from a full Aston Martin Main agent service history and presenting in exceptional condition throughout, this Virage Volante is now ready to be enjoyed this forthcoming motoring season. We certainly cant imagine a finer model in which to complete that long awaited European tour!

2002 Aston Martin Vanquish 2+2 In Stronsay Silver; We are delighted to have been instructed to offer to market this beautiful, low mileage Aston Martin Vanquish finished in Stronsay Silver coachwork with black leather interior with pale grey inserts, grey Wilton carpeting with light grey edging and a quilted Alcantara headlining. The car comes with a detailed service history and has been looked after by Aston Martin Works Service in Newport Pagnell and has covered only 39000 miles from new. It has become increasingly difficult to find an early Vanquish with such low mileage and in a condition commensurate with the mileage. This three owner car has been beautifully kept and we consider that it will not only be a delight to drive but is likely to increase in value. Very sensibly priced for one in this condition at 79,950.

80s icon with inimitable style Limited production, one of just 645 chassis produced Finished in its original colour of Dover White Supplied with an Aston Martin Heritage certificate Aston Martin performance with saloon practicality Designed by William Towns, October 1976 saw Aston Martin reveal a striking new model, a new 4 door Lagonda with innovative solid state digital instrumentation, a futuristic concept at the time. Lagonda created a wave of publicity for the company and the order book filled rapidly, particularly from the Middle East market. The Lagondas engine and chassis bowed to Aston Martin tradition, but the rest was pure sex appeal. There was nothing else like it in a luxury sedan. It was just an inch shorter than the Mercedes-Benz 450SEL, yet it was over 5 inches lower. Industrial designer William Towns (who styled the Aston Martin DBS in the mid-sixties) was responsible for the sensuous and futuristic wedge shape while Chief Engineer Mike Loasby is credited with its electrically-selected three-speed automatic transmission, pop-up quad halogen headlamps, and the dashboard with digital read-out instruments. DD Classics is proud to offer this 80s icon for sale, finished in its striking original colour of Dover White as stated on the Aston Martin heritage certificate that accompanies the car. Inside, the Lagonda is staggeringly opulent, the Red Connolly hide is enhanced with contrasting White piping. Both the top-roll and gearbox facia tunnel use the same Red Connolly hide and the luxurious Wilton carpets are finished in the same style, Red with White piping. Beautiful Walnut veneer trims complete the interior furnishings. Our car is in superb condition throughout and must be seen to be fully appreciated. A total of 645 chassis were built before the end of production in 1989 and each car required 2,200 man-hours to build. The quality of craftsmanship which goes into any Aston Martin product is a throw-back to an age when only the best was good enough. Today, theAston Martin Lagonda continues to make quite a statement about its owner. In this case, it is one of English elegance with modern performance and utter uniqueness. The 2001 Aston Martin V12 Vanquish was a much-needed leap forward for Aston Martin under Ford Ownership, it replaced the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage as the flagship and at the time, a design and engineering marvel by the Newport Pagnell factory. Designed by famed British designer Ian Callum and of course James Bonds choice of transportation for Die Another Day in 2002. The V12 Vanquish was the gentlemans choice of a grand tourer and available in both 2+0 or 2+2 layout. The V12 Vanquishs construction featured a tub made of aluminium and carbon fibre, as well as composite and more carbon fibre incorporated in the crash structure. From an engineering perspective this was far ahead of what was available in mass produced Ferraris. The 5.9 Litre V12 powerhouse produced 460 hp with 540 nm of torque, allowing a top speed of 190 mph and 0-60 mph time of 5 seconds flat. The drivetrain consisted of a six speed electrohydraulic manual transmission controlled by paddles on the steering wheel. Stopping not being a problem thanks to the 355 mm drilled and ventilated Brembo discs with four pot calipers and ABS as standard. The cabin of the V12 Vanquish comes trimmed in luscious leather and alcantara for the headliner to stress the Hand Built nature of the motorcar. it is a very poised grand tourer, suitable for continent cruising, as well as day to day requirements. The noise being its piece de resistance, best described as a roar. The V12 Vanquish demands respect everywhere it goes and has a road presence that will not be forgotten as it ages gracefully. We are proud to offer this 2001 Aston Martin V12 Vanquish in Skye Silver over Charcoal Black Leather, delivered new in November of 2001 by Stratstone of Wilmslow to its first owner. By 2003, the motorcar changes hands with 6000 miles to the next custodian, who covers 14,000 miles and sells it to the current custodian with 21,300 miles in 2015. Since acquiring the motorcar, the current custodian, a car collector has covered just over 700 miles in two and a half years. Important to note, the front subframe has been replaced in 2014 by Aston Martin, as this component is notorious for corrosion on the V12 Vanquish platform and comes at a hefty price. Now showing 22,000 miles, this motorcar has been very well cared for with a full Aston Martin service history and its last service being only 9 months ago by Heritage Chiltern Aston Centre. It is ready to be enjoyed for the summer and an investment grade motorcar with less than 1500 produced.

Background:; Announced in April 1972, the AM V8 is an extensively modified version of the DBS V8 which was announced in September 1969. Externally, the grill was entirely new, no longer sweeping across the complete front but now tailored between the head lamps reminiscent of the earlier six cylinder models such as the DB3S. The engine, was by then the well tried and tested all alloy V8 designed by Tadek Marek that had made it's first appearance in January 1967 at the Racing Car Show in London and raced by Lola in their Type 70 Mk III GT. The AM V8 series III was introduced in London, August 1973. The important mechanical difference was the replacement of the Bosch fuel injection system by four twin-choke down draught Weber carburettors, which produced a notably smother performance at low engine speeds with greater flexibility. To accommodate the carburettors, the bonnet bulge had to be deepened slightly and it was continued as a low bulge, to the trailing edge. Improvements were also made to water, oil and automatic transmission cooling and a new insulation material was used for the engine bulkhead and under the bonnet. There are detailed improvements inside the car, revised front seats; passenger's door locked, electrically, from driver's side; revised switches and heating controls: fuses below the glove compartment; larger ashtray; fuel tank redesigned to increase luggage space. The Autocar road test (September 6th 1973) of a car with automatic transmission, gave 0 to 60 m.p.h. in 6.2 seconds and a maximum 146 m.p.h. Summary:; For many years, the Aston Martin Series III V8 with the S spec engine has been the car to covet and it remains so. Add to the mix a great service history and a value for money offer price, this is a car waiting for a new owner to add their gloss and their enthusiasm to a great car. Vehicle History; Like many Aston Martin V8 Saloons, this car has had a number of owners and we are indebted to the current owner for his research and therefore being able to identify thosechanges of keeper. The astonishing fact is that the simple record of '12 previous keepers' shrinks when you consider that some keepers (the current one included), changed the registration details but not the ownership and also, for whatever reason, the ninth and tenth keepers recorded 15 days and 35 days ownership respectively! A full record of ownership is with the service history folder for the car. What is not in doubt is that the current family ownership (two registered keepers) has lasted from 1997 to today and during that ownership, as can be seen from the service history, plenty of enjoyment has been had and much money spent on mechanical and other maintenance. There is, however, recognition that a new owner will want to add their own mark to the car and it is offered to the market at a correspondingly value for money price
