The first generation Aston Martin Vanquish S built at the Newport Pagnell factory between 2004 and 2007, is firmly established in its modern classic status with many observers suggesting the now iconic styling of the Vanquish, to be a high point of New Era Aston Martin cars. With just 1,086 Vanquish S produced for all markets, the model remains one the more limited production cars of recent times and most collected. The superb example offered for sale, with just 8,300 miles covered from new, was built in 2005 in the most popular colour combination of Tungsten Silver with Obsidian Black hides, complimented by a quilted Taylors Grey headlining. In addition to the comprehensive Vanquish S specifications, optional extras from new included, black brake calipers, chrome finished door releases, 2+2 seating arrangement, powerfold mirrors, heated front screen and rear parking sensors. Previously supplied by ourselves in 2012 and maintained with us since, the car benefits from a consistent service and maintenance record, from own workshops and previously Aston Martin main agents. Supercar fast, with exceptional road manners and the last hand built model from the former home of Aston Martin in Newport Pagnell. The Vanquish S epitomises all the traditional Aston Martin brand values associated with the marque.

The Ferrari BB was first introduced in 1971 at the Turin Salon as the 365 GT4 BB and was a major move forward from the outgoing Daytona, most notably due to the mid-mounted flat-12 engine. This change in engine location was Ferrari's attempt to move away from a GT car and more into a supercar; a direct rival for the Lamborghini Miura and subsequently Countach. There were only 400 365 GT4 BBs produced from 1973-1976 before Ferrari moved on to the 512 BB, the updated successor. Not only was the 512 an improvement in terms of usability, but also raw performance, mainly due to the larger 4.9-litre engine with dry-sump lubrication. Further improvements included a higher compression ratio, wider track and tyres to accommodate the 360bhp, capable of reaching 60mph in the mid 5 seconds. Stylistically, the 512 BB remains similar to its beautiful predecessor; twin rear lights and tailpipes being the most notable change, but even moving into the 80s, the Boxer was still one of the most stunning carsavailable. Less than 1,000 512 BBs were produced in total. The wonderful RHD car we are pleased to offer was delivered new in May 1977, via UK Concessionaires Maranello in Egham. It was specified from new in Azzuro Metallizzato over Crema hide; the stunning colourway that it wears today. The car features blue stripes in the Crema upholstery, as well as a blue leather dashboard, and blue carpets. The first owner of this car, a Mr. Sydney Frank also placed some special requests for his specification, including painting the car without a black bottom or black aerofoil, but with black covers to the carburettor air cleaners and adding a black painted waist line. The car was subject to a full restoration and engine rebuild in 2016 by Modena based Ferrari Specialist Carrozzeria Autosport. During its restoration it the car was returned to its original colours of Azzuro Metallizzato over Crema from the Rosso/Nero combination it sat in prior to restoration. The car maintains a selection of photographsdetailing it's restoration from start to finish as well as the full sales invoice for the work carried out by Autosport. The car was also awarded Red Book Classiche Certification in June 2019, confirming its original colours and matching numbers engine. The car maintains its original tool kits as well as several pages of documents detailing Mr Frank's exchanges with Maranello when specifying the car. The car presents exceptionally well after its restoration and also offers a real investment opportunity being 1 of just 101 U.K. supplied, RHD cars.

Codenamed W113, the encore to the Mercedes-Benz 190SL and 300SL was first introduced at the 1963 Frankfurt Auto Show as the 230SL. As neither the hairy-chested beast exemplified by the 300SL or the boulevard tourer of the 190SL, the new 230SL placed more of an emphasis on safety and comfort. It had the added distinction of the first Mercedes-Benz automobile to be fitted with an alternator as standard equipment. Off-the-shelf components included independent front and rear suspension and servo-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes, which helped to keep development and production costs within reason. Perhaps most appealing about the car was its unique styling. Clearly linked to earlier Stuttgart designs, it featured the broad front grille of the 300SL, albeit in a squared-up shape. As with its predecessors, it was available as a roadster, roadster/coupe, or pure coupe. Most distinctive was its roofline, the so called 'pagoda roof,' designed by Paul Bracq and Bela Barenyi. The upright rooflinecontained lots of glass area, with raised sides and a lower center panel instead of curving conventionally upwards toward the middle, la a Japanese pagoda. Production of 230SLs continued until the uprated 250SL made its debut at the 1967 Geneva show. Finally, Mercedes released the 280SL in early 1968. This car featured a number of significant changes, most notably an increased engine displacement to 2,778 cubic cm, with a bump in both torque and horsepower (to 180). Interiors were upgraded, along with a myriad of detail refinements. The final 280SL came off the assembly line in March 1971. A total of 23,885 were produced during the model run, making it the most popular of all the roadsters built to date. The LHD car we are delighted to offer is finished in the lovely Black over Black colour combination and sits today in excellent condition, showing just over 35,000 miles. This car has been extremely well cared for by its previous owners and presents the great opportunity to own one of the fastestappreciating Classic Cars on the market, in such a brilliant colourway.

The Shelby Mustang is a high performance variant of the standard Ford Mustang which was built by Shelby American between the years 1965 - 1968. The GT500 variant was born in 1967 when Ford increased the original Mustang's engine bay in order to accommodate their much larger 360bhp 7.0L V8 engine. Available in both 2-door fastback and 2-door convertible, just over 2,000 GT500s were produced in 1967. Its successor came one year later in 1968 and was assertively named the 'King of the Road' or GT500 KR for short. The KR certainly lived up to this name, featuring incredible horsepower, a luxurious interior, and the most aggressive Mustang design yet. The KR proved to be exceptionally popular with over 1,000 examples being sold throughout 1968. The example we are pleased to offer was produced in June 1968 and is the more desirable GT500 KR variant. It is equipped with the select-shift automatic transmission and is finished in the stunning colour combination of Acapulco Blue over a Black interior. Italso features power steering, power disk brakes, and a tilting steering wheel. It sits today in brilliant condition and is showing just under 80,000 miles. The GT500 KR quickly became a favourite among the car-savvy Hollywood actors and remains a popular favourite to this date. For the true American Muscle experience, the Shelby GT500 KR is unrivalled.

The history of the 250 GTE 2+2 is arguably one of the richest in Ferrari's extensive history. This car was designed specifically to appeal to the sector of the car market which was largely dominated by brands such as Aston Martin & Maserati throughout the late 50's and early 60's. The 250 GTE saw its debut at the 1960 Le Mans 24-Hour race where it served, in prototype form, as the race director's car and saw it's official unveiling at the Paris Salon later that same year. Of course there had been four seater Ferraris before the 250 GTE, the Ghia, Touring and Vignale all boasted four seats as early as the 50's; however the fact that they were based on a chassis that wasn't conceived with passenger carrying in mind meant that they were somewhat compromised. The car makes use of independent front suspension, a live rear axle and a four speed manual/overdrive gearbox to complete the basic chassis specification. These were coupled with a compact Colombo designed Tipo 128E V12 engine producing 240bhp toensure that the larger car did not suffer from any undue decreases in performance. The car we are pleased to offer was delivered new in 1963 with a Red exterior over Tan. This wonderful example sits today in the stunning colour scheme of Dark Blue over Tan Leather. The car is a matching numbers example and retains superb historical documents, including the original license of the car, original maintenance book, and the November 2018 issue of 'Epocauto' magazine, containing an article on the car. This 250 GTE would make a brilliant addition to any Ferrari collection and presents itself as a genuine investment opportunity being one of the last truly undervalued 250 series Ferraris!
