The Ferrari 365 GT/4 Berlinetta Boxer was revealed at Turin in 1971; the first mid-mounted flat-12 engine to feature in a road model. The model and series in fact would develop the nickname of 'Boxer' for its opposing pistons. The 365 BB was eventually released in late 1973 with the majority of cars only leaving the factory in 1974; a total of 387 were built in the following three years before the car was upgraded to the 512 BB. However, the 365 remains both the original, lightest and rarest of all the Boxer models, instantly recognisable due to its triple rear lights and 'pea-shooter' exhaust tips. These factors entail that the 365 GT/4 BB is the most valuable and sought after of the entire Boxer family and with the addition of the BBs being the last truly hand-built Ferraris, values look set to hold strong in the coming years. The example we are delighted to offer rolled off the production line at the Ferrari Factory in June 1974, wearing body number 168. It was finished in the incredibly rarecolour combination of Bianco Polo over a Pelle Blu leather interior both of which are still original to this day. The car sits today in excellent, highly original condition and is showing just over 26,000 miles from new. It also benefits from being matching numbers and has recently been awarded Classiche Certification from the Ferrari Factory to certify its originality and quality. 365 GT4 BBs have always been and will always remain highly desirable for both their exceptional looks and impressive driving characteristics. This example presents a great opportunity to obtain one of the rarest and most original 365 GT4 BBs out there and would make a great addition to any collection.

The Ferrari F40 was announced in the summer of 1987 as the ultimate supercar of its generation. The last car unveiled by Mr Enzo Ferrari himself, before his death a little over a year later, it was named to celebrate his recent 40th anniversary as a car maker. The F40 was given the same 2.9L twin turbocharged V8 engine as the 288 GTO, however it was enlarged from 2,855cc to 2,936cc. This enlargement gave it 478 bhp at 7,000 rpm and it red-lined at 7,700 rpm - some 20% more than the 288 GTO. Once the enormous power was combined with a very low weight, race engineered suspension, huge tyres and trailblazing aerodynamics, the F40 could achieve a very high level of performance. It was, when released, the fastest road-going car made. Top speed was claimed to be 201 mph (the first car to break the 200mph benchmark), and it could accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.5 secs, going on to reach 120mph in 11.5 secs. With cost of around 200,000 new, Ferrari expected to sell a few hundred F40s, however the demand forwhat was to become the last car signed off by Enzo himself was such that in total around 1,300 examples were sold worldwide and thus became one of the brand's most profitable models to date The example we're offering here is an original 1991 cat, adjust car delivered new to Monaco. It has been awarded Classiche certification from the Ferrari factory and benefits from full-main dealer service history, with the camshaft drive belts and tensioner bearings being replaced in April 2017. The story of the F40 is something unique and to this day it remains one of the most recognisable supercars ever made; not only fantastic to drive but also a safe long-term investment.

The Ferrari F355 Berlinetta was introduced at the 1994 Geneva Motor Show; the highly demanded successor to the now ageing 348. The 355 was not only a stark improvement stylistically on the 348, but it also saw a number of technical improvements, such as power steering and electronically controlled damping. The F355 name referred to the new 3.5-litre V8 engine with 5 valves per cylinder; a unit capable of propelling the beautiful Pininfarina-styled body to 60mph in under 5 seconds and top speed in excess of 180 mph. Further, the motor is responsible for what remains today one of the finest engine notes ever to come from Maranello. In 1995, Ferrari revealed a race-spec F355 Challenge model to be used specifically in the Ferrari Challenge race series. This involved a $30,000 factory-to-dealer upgrade kit. This upgrade package encompassed a large number of modifications to the standard F355 Berlinetta including a roll-cage, bucket seats, competition steering wheel, lightweight exhaust, rear wing, competition clutch, competition springs, and a lightened front bumper. The F355 Challenge was also given new 18' Speedline magnesium wheels that were wrapped in Pirelli racing slicks, whilst upgraded Brembo brakes, carried over directly from the F40 helped improve the car's stopping power. Just 108 original F355 Challenge cars were produced in total, all fitted with the iconic 6-speed gated manual transmission. The car we are delighted to offer is an EU supplied example that raced within the Ferrari Challenge series for Team Ferrari Eberlein with the Gentleman driver Dieter Weigl. The car benefitted from a full engine out service at an official Ferrari Dealer in Austria with invoice in October 2015. The car is also fully street legal, making it a great opportunity to obtain a highly collectable Ferrari that can be enjoyed thoroughly on both the road and track!

Codenamed W113, the encore to the Mercedes-Benz 190SL and 300SL was first introduced at the 1963 Frankfurt Auto Show as the 230SL. As neither the hairy-chested beast exemplified by the 300SL or the boulevard tourer of the 190SL, the new 230SL placed more of an emphasis on safety and comfort. It had the added distinction of the first Mercedes-Benz automobile to be fitted with an alternator as standard equipment. Off-the-shelf components included independent front and rear suspension and servo-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes, which helped to keep development and production costs within reason. Perhaps most appealing about the car was its unique styling. Clearly linked to earlier Stuttgart designs, it featured the broad front grille of the 300SL, albeit in a squared-up shape. As with its predecessors, it was available as a roadster, roadster/coupe, or pure coupe. Most distinctive was its roofline, the so called 'pagoda roof,' designed by Paul Bracq and Bela Barenyi. The upright rooflinecontained lots of glass area, with raised sides and a lower center panel instead of curving conventionally upwards toward the middle, la a Japanese pagoda. Production of 230SLs continued until the uprated 250SL made its debut at the 1967 Geneva show. Finally, Mercedes released the 280SL in early 1968. This car featured a number of significant changes, most notably an increased engine displacement to 2,778 cubic cm, with a bump in both torque and horsepower (to 180). Interiors were upgraded, along with a myriad of detail refinements. The final 280SL came off the assembly line in March 1971. A total of 23,885 were produced during the model run, making it the most popular of all the roadsters built to date. The LHD car we are delighted to offer is finished in the lovely Black over Black colour combination and sits today in excellent condition, showing just over 35,000 miles. This car has been extremely well cared for by its previous owners and presents the great opportunity to own one of the fastestappreciating Classic Cars on the market, in such a brilliant colourway.
