Superbly presented Phase 2 car in classic Cherry Red with 35,300 milesUK-supplied in early June 1991 by Summersdale Peugeot in ChichesterSmart, unmolested interior in Black half-leather and Monaco Tweed clothFull-service history with 21 stamps in the book. Every service invoice from newThe most recent service (June 2019) included a cambelt/water pump changeThe MOT is valid until August 2020,issued with no advisoriesThese landmark cars are becoming increasingly collectable as practical classicsIn many people's eyes, the Peugeot 205 was the definitive Eighties hatchback and the most perfect, practical design for a small car ever. Launched in 1983, it was a brilliant rival to the Renault 5 and the Ford Fiesta with its wheelateach corner' design andweighing only875kg. No wonder it won What Cars magazineCar of the Yearin 1983 and was declared Car of the Decadeby CAR Magazine in 1990. The1.6-litreGTi was blessed with brilliant handling and a revvy and eager 105bhp engine, however, the 1.9-litreGTi thatfollowed, although externally and internally similar to its little sisterwassubtly different in character with 20 more bhp, a wider spread of torque, and was altogether more grown-up.Silverstone Auctions know good 205 GTis when we see them. In 2018 we achieved a new world record price for the model, beating the previous highest figure, which we had also again attained the year before. The car presented here may not have covered a similarly tiny mileage to the two record holders, but its special in its own way and a worthy addition to our 205 back-catalogue.This smart examplewas originally supplied to a Mr K C Tomlinsof Hayling islandby Summersdale Peugeot in Chichester, West Sussexprior to being first registered in early June 1991. It was serviced at Summersdale for the first 10 years of its life until the ownerat the timeswitched to another nearby Peugeot dealer.Comfortingly, our vendorhasall the service invoices going back to the very first service on 21/08/91.The overall condition of this verylow mileage 205 is excellent, having never been restored. The bodyworkappears spot-onwith only a couple of minor blemishesandtheCherryRed paintworkhas been professionally polished and exudes a wonderful shine. Theblack half-leather, Phase 2interior isalso in great shapewith seats and carpets showing minimal wear. The original Clarion stereoand speakers remain in place and, importantly, theoriginalrear parcel shelf has not beenmodified to take larger, after-market speakers. We understand that all theelectrics work just as they left the factoryas doesthe sunroofwithallitssealsintact. The car is excellent mechanically and during the last three years it has been serviced twice by a well-known Peugeot 205 specialist and set up on a rolling road. The most recent service, in June 2019, included a cambelt/water pump change. The only modification to the car is the addition of air conditioning whichaformer owner sourced from another205 and had professionally installed by a well-known 205 specialist.Theownersfile contains theoriginal logbook, service invoices, original stamped service book and two keys.Overall, this is an excellent opportunity to acquire a genuine low-mileage, unmolested 205 1.9 GTi that has patently been cherished and drives really well. The desirability of these cars is now well established and they always attract willing buyers who generally tend to be most keen on low mileage, unmodified cars with a clearly documented service history and in cared for condition which, fortunately, is exactly what we have here.

1966 Triumph Spitfire Four MK II 1300cc. Triumph White with black upholstery. Factory white hardtop and white soft top. This super Triumph has covered just 35,000 miles from new which we believe is correct with lots of old mots to verify this. Only 2 former keepers from new, the previous owner having had the car since 1987. MK II Spitfires are becoming a rare sight on our roads now, especially with the factory hart top still in place. The car is a real credit to its last owner and no expense has been spared, the car has been very well cared for and only enjoyed on summer days. The paintwork is fantastic and the upholstery showing no sign of wear. The car drives just as it should with a very strong engine and smooth gearbox. The engine bay is very tidy and the underside is still body coloured. It is very hard to find an early Spitfire in this condition and we think this car is well worth a look. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit cards accepted.Part Exchange welcome. Free U.K mainland delivery. 1967 Jaguar 340 MK II Automatic. Black with black leather upholstery. From September 1967, the Jaguar MkII range was replaced by the 240 and 340 models with slimmer bumpers, chrome grilles in place of the front fog lights and Ambla, rather than leather, interiors. Introduced to keep the range attractively priced until the launch of the new XJ6 in September 1968, some 2,788 340s were made during the period - the 240 carrying on as a budget model for some time to come. The good news was, that thanks to a new straight port cylinder head and twin SU carbs, a 240 was noticeably quicker than a 2.4 and a 340 had at least the performance of the old 3.8. This Jaguar has had lots of money spent over the last few years comprising of a complete bare metal restoration at a cost in excess of £25,000. Engine and automatic gearbox completely overhauled. New bearings and rubber bushes. Upgraded interior to include new seats from a Jaguar XJ6. The car also benefits from power steering, electric windows, heatedseats, air conditioning, remote central locking, rear parking camera, new centre console, inertia seat belts, sun-visor lights, hazard warning switch, rear fog lamps, boot hold open rod, new lights in the boot. New 4 pot brake calipers installed on front, larger brakes fitted to rear and four new tyres were also installed during the re-build. The car comes complete with a very large and comprehensive history file containing a Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate, invoices for all parts used during the restoration including an engine and gearbox rebuild and a superb photographic folder of all the work carried out. On test drive the car performed well with a very strong engine and smooth gearbox and easily kept up with modern traffic. The body looks very straight, the 'shut lines' are good and the paintwork has a deep lustre. The interior is in very good order and there are no cracks on the dashboard. The engine bay is very tidy. as is the rest of the car. You will not be disappointed with thiswonderful classic and viewing is highly recommended. Remarkable in condition this is a vehicle that any enthusiast would be very proud to own. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit cards accepted. Supplied new by Paramount Cars in Stourbridge inFebruary 1999. Fourformer keepers and 57,000 milesElegant colour combination of Cannock Black with cream leather piped in black and Claret carpetsAll-alloy, double overhead camshaft, supercharged, 24-valve, in-line six with335bhp at 5750rpmComprehensive service history with 16 stamps. Most recent inSeptember 2019Sensibly guided with a fresh MOT and a new soft top, this lovely Aston is now ready to enjoyIntroduced to an astonished public in 1993, the handsome new DB7 was Aston Martin's first six-cylinder model since production of the DBS had finished in 1971. Styled by Ian Callum, its lines were evocative of earlier Aston Martin models and elements of the DB4/5/6 could be seen if you looked carefully. Arguably, one of the most attractive looking cars ever produced by Aston Martin, the '7' was more approachable than the leviathans that had immediately preceded it. Well received, it attracted new customers worldwide, with the traditional layout of thecurvaceous two-door coup body, robust six-cylinder engine and a 'proper' interior. Power was supplied by an all-alloy, double overhead camshaft, supercharged, 24-valve, in-line six-cylinder engine which produced 335bhp at 5750rpm. In the same way that the beautiful little SixtiesLotus Elan morphed, over the years, into the be-winged Esprit Turbo, the DB7 was the first in the line of modern Astons that have become more dramatic with each new model, however, we feel that the simple purity of line of the DB7, will ultimately define the breed. This lovely example was initially supplied by Paramount Cars in Stourbridge on the 23rd of February to the first of four owners who have between them covered 57,000 miles. The Aston presents superbly in Cannock Black with lovely Cream leather seats piped in black and contrasting Claret carpets and the whole car is set off by gleaming alloys and a brand new black hood. The fact that it has been well cared for is obvious from the car's wonderful condition but canbecorroborated by the detailed service history with 16 stamps in the Service Record. The most recent service was in September 2019 and the MOT is valid until early October 2020.DB7s are the quintessential British Sports Cars of the late nineties. Their values plateaued for a while, however, that is no longer the case with really good cars catching up and surpassing early DB9s. Don't miss the boat.

1961 Morris Mini Cooper MK II. Old English White with Black Roof and grey upholstery. The first Mini Cooper appeared in 1961, following a tie-up with champion F1 constructor John Cooper. The stroke of the standard 848cc engine was lengthened to 997cc which, together with other improvements, raised power output from 34 to 55bhp - a close-ratio gearbox and front wheel disc brakes completed the package. That engine was replaced by a shorter stroke 998cc unit in 1964, while the Mark II version launched in 1967 featured a redesigned grille, larger rear window and numerous cosmetic changes. This MK2 Cooper has remained within its current ownership for 13 years. A genuine example complete with heritage certificate, it features very tidy bodywork that's teamed with fresh Newton Commercial Porcelain Green/Grey Dove interior trim with matching Grey wool carpets. Something of a wolf in sheep's clothing, the car has been uprated to fast road specification in all major departments. The fully refurbished enginehas been taken out to 1330cc (plus 60) and treated to: a Swiftune big valve cylinder head, Mini Spares pistons, steel flywheel and backplate, Russell Engineering RE13 camshaft, ISWS timing chain, LCB manifold leading to an RC40 exhaust system. The four-speed transmission has been refurbished with new bearings, centre pick-up and 3:1 differential. The suspension features a HILO system together with cones. Braking performance has also been increased courtesy of Cooper S front discs with Mintex 1114 pads and Cooper S rims on the rear. Last but not least, this mighty Mini now rides on reverse Cooper wheel rims shod with Yokohama A-008 tyres. Period extras include: an auxiliary Lucas rear reversing light, exterior rear-view mirrors, quick-release radiator grille, wood rim steering wheel, electronic rev-counter and auxiliary battery and oil pressure instrumentation, roof-mounted radio aerial, and leather bonnet strap. The car drives very well and is great fun with strong performance to boot. The car isnow MOT and tax exempt although we will apply a new MOT upon sale for your peace of mind. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit cards accepted. Please visit our Website, find us on Facebook and like us on Instagram or just feel free to email or call us.
