We are delighted once again to offer this exceptional, correct car back onto market having spent the past 12 months with one of our Nottinghamshire based long term regular customers. This is a very rare opportunity to purchase a first class, fully rebuilt Triumph TR2 that has covered in the region of 1500 miles since a complete nut and bolt restoration in 2014. There is no doubt this TR has show winning potential and also boasts huge provenance being a genuine UK car with matching numbers, original registration mark that has been restored with photo record to original specification including interior and exterior colours. The car VAF 344 has absolute true provenance being completely correct and it is no doubt better than the day it left the factory. This outstanding vehicle was restored by a restoration expert with a keen eye for detail. Many years ago we sold the best MG Midget we had ever seen, restored by the same owner and this car was also restored to a totally original specification. This MGhas gone on to win multiple show winning events and since restoring the MG, a Triumph GT6 was restored and has since featured in magazines with the quality of restoration being one of the main focuses of the article. The results of this long term TR2 rebuild are impressive and the entire restoration has been done to a very high standard. VAF 344 was registered new in Cornwall and an initial rebuild in the South West began well over thirty years ago. It was not completed or put back on the road and several years ago was purchased by the restorer. Everything on this car was either restored or replaced by new items. The car is totally original and it resembles the car as it left the factory and has a totally exceptional, immaculate underside. It has overdrive on 2nd, 3rd and 4th, has a heater and is re-trimmed in half leather. It retains positive earth and the colour is Signal Red with Matador Red interior with matching wool carpets. All chrome is either new or re-chromed and a new hood and newwindscreen have been purchased. The engine has been stripped down and piston rings and main bearings replaced, a new oil pump has been fitted and the timing chain replaced. New parts include a fuel pump, water pump, dynamo, restored distributor, rebuilt carburettors, control box, fuse box, wiring loom, solenoid, master and slave cylinders, heater matrix, dash instruments, all lights and many more. There is a photographic record of the work and a comprehensive invoice file. The last two owners are very well known to us and the car has proven faultless on the road since its full restoration. Prior to being sold by us in 2018, several hundred faultless miles were covered with its Yorkshire Dales based previous owner and in 2017 the car won 1st place at the Cumbria Classic Car Show. VAF 344 is top class order in every respect and there's no doubt this is a unique opportunity to purchase a standard specification, matching numbers original RHD car in as new condition. We would expect a restoration tothis standard could cost in excess of 60,000 therefore representing an excellent opportunity. Price: 42,995

This sensational Series I Daimler is a true time warp having covered just 11,000 miles from new. LHT 25L was manufactured on the 10th January 1973 finished in Lavender with Tan leather, 2.8 litre engine and manual with overdrive transmission. The Sovereign was distributed from Henlys, Bristol and stayed in Bristol with one owner for 26 years. The Daimler was very sparingly used and MOT records dating to when the car was five years are with the car. In the cars first five years it covered just 4497 miles, by 1985 5575, in 1990 the Daimler had covered 6174 miles, 1995 6546 miles and in 2004 6801 miles. When changing hands for the first time in October 2009, just 6872 miles were recorded. LHT 25L first came to us with 8959 miles covered in 2016. It had been owned by a classic car enthusiast and collector based between Lincolnshire and Yorkshire and the Daimler came to us in a multi part exchange deal. We immediately sold the car to one of our long-term customers, a Barrister from the Harrogate area.We diligently prepared the car, carrying out a comprehensive service, replacing the choke unit and fitting a new set of tyres. We also supplied and fitted a period radio with modern internals. Over a two year ownership period the Daimler covered around 2000 faultless miles and was thoroughly enjoyed. Its longest journey was joining us on the West Coast of Scotland for a classic car event we hosted, covering in the region of 600 faultless miles within a couple of days. Having taken the Daimler back in part exchange, we sold it to one of our long term customers and friends in South Wales. A prominant Jaguar collector and enthusiast, the car was subject of hours of engine bay detailing and the Daimler now comes back to us in truly exceptional condition. The bodywork is superb and straight with first class panels, the Lavender paintwork has a lovely deep shine, chrome work is excellent and the engine bay is remarkably honest and original. The interior is stunning retaining original carpets, leather, door cards, headlining and dashboard in beautiful order. The upholstery is as you would expect at one or two years old and is quite simply unrepeatable. On the road performance is just as impressive as the looks. The 2.8 engine has proven totally reliable, it runs and performs superbly, holds excellent oil pressure and the car is on the button and ready to go. Its smooth, powerful, luxurious and the manual overdrive gearbox is slick and changes smoothly up and down the gearbox. The handling, braking, steering is delightful, LHT 25L is just effortless and delight to drive and own. This really is a very special car, one for the discerning buyer and whilst already a very rare car, its mileage and condition make it a true collector's piece. Price: 29,995

We are delighted to offer for sale this motoring icon of the 1960s - a top class, matching numbers Aston Martin DB5. The legendary lightweight DB5 design continued David Brown's association with Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera of Milan which began with the DB2. A wonderfully styled and executed Grand Tourer, the DB5 is widely regarded as one of the most charismatic shapes of its era. Made famous by the fictional character 'James Bond', more than half a century later it is still admired as the most beautiful Aston Martin ever built. The car must be one of the most sophisticated and understated cars in the world; a car to take anywhere, in any company. This particular example was first registered on May 12th 1964 and supplied new by Aston Martin dealership Brooklands. A comprehensive file of documentation accompanies the car detailing its history back to the 1970's. With little over 1000 examples ever built and less than 400 known survivors in the UK, these rare and incredibly desirable cars are inshort supply. The model was only in production from July 1963 to September 1965 but received considerable praise for its performance. The DB5 was capable of 148 mph with a 0-60 mph recorded in 7.1 seconds making it one of the fastest cars available and a match for the best very best in Europe. The DB5 was the replacement for the DB4 and still featured the Tadek Marek designed straight-six all alloy engine. This was enlarged to 3995cc producing 282 BHP and a new five speed ZF gearbox replaced the four speed unit fitted to the DB4. This elegant and collectable car has wonderful presence and its outstanding condition will not disappoint. The car was the subject of a major body-off restoration during the late 1980's. The invoices and photographic record are present and improvement expenditure continued throughout the 1990's. In 2011 the car was purchased by a Knightsbridge resident who owned the car for four years, spending 47,000 on a variety of work with Aston Martin specialists. In 2015 it was soldto the most recent owner. In order to ensure the car was in pristine condition, a further restoration began. The engine was removed and sent to world famous Aston Martin engine specialists RS Williams for rebuild. Between 2015 and 2018 a staggering 115,000 was spent, 40,000 on the engine alone taking an already sound car up to the highest possible standard. The meticulous owner - a true Aston Martin enthusiast and Club official has been fanatical in ensuring its total reliability having had a programme of work carried out with no expense spared. Since completion the DB5 has covered running in miles only and represents a wonderful opportunity to acquire a 'well sorted' example to the discerning buyer. Invoices for all recent work accompany the car and RS Williams have detailed the comprehensive rebuild and upgrade of the engine. During the rebuild procedure they carried out an improved internal waterway modification to their own specification, fitted the highly desirable 4.2 litre specificationliners and bored and honed the cylinder liners to suit Cosworth pistons. The crankshaft assembly was re-ground and balanced, a new clutch pressure assembly fitted and the clutch assembly balanced to the crankshaft. The new steel connecting rods were balanced, new timing chains and tensioners fitted and the water pump rebuilt. The oil pump was replaced, as were the front pulley, all gaskets and hoses. The cylinder head was completely stripped down and new guides fitted. The machining was carried out to accept oversize unleaded specification valve seat inserts. After overhaul the cylinder head was re-fitted with a new gasket and then fitted with carburettors rebuilt to 4.2 litre specification. The throttle linkage, HT lead rail and water pipes were re-chromed and re-plated and on completion the engine was mounted onto a dynamometer for setting up. This including mixture setting, running in and optimising of ignition timing and fuelling. The work to the engine is a true masterpiece and not only doesit present beautifully, the performance is considerably enhanced by the 4.2 specification upgrade and on the road it is simply outstanding. Further mechanical work carried out during the most recent programme includes a new aluminium fuel tank, new aluminium radiator, high-torque starter motor and a new exhaust system. The DB5 has a top class body with stunning paintwork having had a 35,000 body restoration and complete re-paint in 2016. Various items of brightwork were re-chromed, the engine bay detailed and 10,000 was spent on the upholstery to ensure the car was completed to a beautiful standard throughout. Very rarely will an example come on the market having had such high quality recent restoration and as a result, this DB5 can be purchased with absolute confidence. This DB5 presents with investment class quality in every aspect and offers the ultimate 1960's Grand Tourer driving experience and is finished in one of the most highly desirable colour schemes of Silver Birch with Red Vaumol hideupholstery. This lights behind the grill Series One Land Rover is quite simply outstanding to drive, one of the very best we have come across. OSU 530 spent the 2019 Goodwood Revival Meeting being used and displayed on the Airfield prior to coming to us in North Yorkshire. This beautifully aged, older restoration was one of the first 400 vehicles brought into service on the 6th January 1950, registered to the Ministry of Defence and according to the history, it only served in the UK. It was out of service by the early 1960's and was barn stored throughout the 1970's and most of the 1980's prior to being fully rebuilt in 1988. The Land Rover comes with an impressive history file that contains some photos from the body off restoration that was completed in 1990 and the Series One stayed with its owner for 19 years, selling it in 2007. From 2007 the Landy was on the Wirral and covered in the region of 10,000 miles, never once letting its owner down. Considerable expenditure was put into the vehicle, a correctSolex carb was sourced and fitted, the distributor was changed, tyres replaced, a complete re-spray in Bronze Green was undertaken carefully protecting the army badges and rivets, a Fairey overdrive was sourced and fitted and this completely transforms cruising in the Land Rover. A new starter motor, flywheel, water pump, clutch plate, exhaust manifold and stainless steel exhaust were also fitted. There is no doubt this example was enjoyed to its full potential, the Landy featured in many rallies and events to include Llandovery (60th anniversary in the testing hills), 600 miles in one weekend without missing a beat, four days touring the Isle of Man and according to the paperwork, if not raining the Land Rover was almost in daily use. The most recent owner, a Land Rover collector and enthusiast with a current collection of Landy's in double figures has enjoyed OSU 530 just as much as the previous owner. This year alone it has attended Brooklands Museum British Marques Day and driven to GoodwoodRevival and its been used to regular driving. On the road this vehicle is truly exceptional, its strong lusty 1595cc engine performs perfectly, the gearbox is great to use and the overdrive hugely improves drivability and enables relaxed longer distance and higher speed cruising. This Series One is in excellent all-round mechanical order and presents beautifully with lovely older paintwork, a fabulous interior and tidy engine bay. OSU 530 looks and feels super honest, nicely aged with patina and from close inspections its very clear this is an exceptionally high quality example marketed at a sensible price. Price: 39,995
