We are delighted once again to offer this exceptional, correct car back onto market having spent the past 12 months with one of our Nottinghamshire based long term regular customers. This is a very rare opportunity to purchase a first class, fully rebuilt Triumph TR2 that has covered in the region of 1500 miles since a complete nut and bolt restoration in 2014. There is no doubt this TR has show winning potential and also boasts huge provenance being a genuine UK car with matching numbers, original registration mark that has been restored with photo record to original specification including interior and exterior colours. The car VAF 344 has absolute true provenance being completely correct and it is no doubt better than the day it left the factory. This outstanding vehicle was restored by a restoration expert with a keen eye for detail. Many years ago we sold the best MG Midget we had ever seen, restored by the same owner and this car was also restored to a totally original specification. This MGhas gone on to win multiple show winning events and since restoring the MG, a Triumph GT6 was restored and has since featured in magazines with the quality of restoration being one of the main focuses of the article. The results of this long term TR2 rebuild are impressive and the entire restoration has been done to a very high standard. VAF 344 was registered new in Cornwall and an initial rebuild in the South West began well over thirty years ago. It was not completed or put back on the road and several years ago was purchased by the restorer. Everything on this car was either restored or replaced by new items. The car is totally original and it resembles the car as it left the factory and has a totally exceptional, immaculate underside. It has overdrive on 2nd, 3rd and 4th, has a heater and is re-trimmed in half leather. It retains positive earth and the colour is Signal Red with Matador Red interior with matching wool carpets. All chrome is either new or re-chromed and a new hood and newwindscreen have been purchased. The engine has been stripped down and piston rings and main bearings replaced, a new oil pump has been fitted and the timing chain replaced. New parts include a fuel pump, water pump, dynamo, restored distributor, rebuilt carburettors, control box, fuse box, wiring loom, solenoid, master and slave cylinders, heater matrix, dash instruments, all lights and many more. There is a photographic record of the work and a comprehensive invoice file. The last two owners are very well known to us and the car has proven faultless on the road since its full restoration. Prior to being sold by us in 2018, several hundred faultless miles were covered with its Yorkshire Dales based previous owner and in 2017 the car won 1st place at the Cumbria Classic Car Show. VAF 344 is top class order in every respect and there's no doubt this is a unique opportunity to purchase a standard specification, matching numbers original RHD car in as new condition. We would expect a restoration tothis standard could cost in excess of 60,000 therefore representing an excellent opportunity. Price: 42,995

OJF 789F was supplied new to Charles Follet Limited, Berkeley Street, London, finished in White with Black trim and power assisted steering on the 25th June 1968. A copy of the original invoice, Jensen Motors Ltd guarantee claim form and early maintenance records with Jensen Motors are with the car. We are pleased to report this lovely early Interceptor is still in its original colours and specification, and appears to be correct, unmolested and remarkably original with a mileage of 96,750 that is highly likely to be genuine. History and paperwork with the car tells us the mileage was 82,019 in 1986 and a further 14,000 miles were covered over the next ten years. In 1996 OJF 789F was placed in a central heated garage where it spent 18 years off the road. Having been dry stored for so many years, the car was treated to a brake overhaul and some light re-commissioning and MOT tested in November 2014 at 96,304 miles. 200 miles were covered over the next year, the Jensen MOT tested again in early 2016with 96593 miles. Since then, the MKI Interceptor has been owned by a Harrogate based collector who has dry stored the car. The car has arrived with us presenting as a very honest, original looking car requiring some light re-commissioning having once again spent some time in storage. OJF 789F looks very smart with attractive, high quality older paintwork and smart chrome, has a beautifully aged original trim with superb Black leather seats, good quality door cards and walnut dash. The V8 engine is strong and in very good order, as is the gearbox. We are happy to sell the Jensen in its current condition at the listed price, or alternatively MOT test, service and carry out any required re-commissioning work for an agreed fixed cost. OJF 789F is a beautiful looking, impressive car, and finding honest, largely original early examples can prove very difficult. This is a car that should be enjoyed on the open road, it would be fabulous for long distance touring so we hope its next owner begins to coversome serious miles after just 400 miles in the past 23 years. This lights behind the grill Series One Land Rover is quite simply outstanding to drive, one of the very best we have come across. OSU 530 spent the 2019 Goodwood Revival Meeting being used and displayed on the Airfield prior to coming to us in North Yorkshire. This beautifully aged, older restoration was one of the first 400 vehicles brought into service on the 6th January 1950, registered to the Ministry of Defence and according to the history, it only served in the UK. It was out of service by the early 1960's and was barn stored throughout the 1970's and most of the 1980's prior to being fully rebuilt in 1988. The Land Rover comes with an impressive history file that contains some photos from the body off restoration that was completed in 1990 and the Series One stayed with its owner for 19 years, selling it in 2007. From 2007 the Landy was on the Wirral and covered in the region of 10,000 miles, never once letting its owner down. Considerable expenditure was put into the vehicle, a correctSolex carb was sourced and fitted, the distributor was changed, tyres replaced, a complete re-spray in Bronze Green was undertaken carefully protecting the army badges and rivets, a Fairey overdrive was sourced and fitted and this completely transforms cruising in the Land Rover. A new starter motor, flywheel, water pump, clutch plate, exhaust manifold and stainless steel exhaust were also fitted. There is no doubt this example was enjoyed to its full potential, the Landy featured in many rallies and events to include Llandovery (60th anniversary in the testing hills), 600 miles in one weekend without missing a beat, four days touring the Isle of Man and according to the paperwork, if not raining the Land Rover was almost in daily use. The most recent owner, a Land Rover collector and enthusiast with a current collection of Landy's in double figures has enjoyed OSU 530 just as much as the previous owner. This year alone it has attended Brooklands Museum British Marques Day and driven to GoodwoodRevival and its been used to regular driving. On the road this vehicle is truly exceptional, its strong lusty 1595cc engine performs perfectly, the gearbox is great to use and the overdrive hugely improves drivability and enables relaxed longer distance and higher speed cruising. This Series One is in excellent all-round mechanical order and presents beautifully with lovely older paintwork, a fabulous interior and tidy engine bay. OSU 530 looks and feels super honest, nicely aged with patina and from close inspections its very clear this is an exceptionally high quality example marketed at a sensible price. Price: 39,995

We are delighted to offer this exceptionally rare Humber Pullman Laundaulette onto the market. There are only a handful of this type still in existence. The car was despatched from the factory on the 19th October 1931 to Rossleigh, Edinburgh. Documentation in the history from a Humber motoring Historian states the car is actually a 1932 model and is believed to have left the factory in its current colours of Royal Blue over Black. The Humber spent most of its life in Scotland, spending 50 years with the same family. The Humber also comes with its original Hackney Carriage 8 seats plaque as it was used to transport holiday guests from Granton Station to Aviemore Resort in Scotland. Having spent its entire life in Scotland, the most recent owner in Enfield bought the Humber in 1999 and has covered 6500 miles in the car over the past 18 years and the Humber arrives with us in impressive mechanical order, beautifully presented body and a totally original, unrestored interior. Whilst the Humber retainsa great deal of originality, it was subject of some restoration work in 1992. Over 10,000 was spent on removing all exterior fittings and interior trim and seats, stripping the complete vehicle down to bare metal and carrying our repairs as necessary to the metal work. All dents were removed and then the Humber was completely re-painted in its original colour scheme. New glass was fitted to all four doors, any corroded woodwork was replaced and a new exhaust system was also fitted. The Humber was then built back up, presenting in first class condition. In 2000, six months after changing hands and moving to Enfield, a programme of mechanical re-commissioning work was carried out. Brake shoes were sent for re-lining, king pins were stripped down, carefully repaired with some new machining and new thrust bearings. New bushes were made and fitted to the damper link arms, springs were removed and stripped down, then sandblasted, re-assembled and greased up with new bushes fitted, the fuel tank wasflushed out, cleaned and re-painted, the sender unit freed off and tested, a new cross shaft was machined with new pins, nuts, spacers and washers and the engine was treated to an oil change and filter, HT leads and condenser replaced. Plugs were cleaned, inlet and exhaust tappets set and timing also set. The carburettor was stripped and new jets fitted, the starter motor rebuilt and the Humber was then MOT test and ready for use. A notebook accompanies the car details all 6500 miles with the last owner, and it also documents various jobs such as replacing tyres and battery when necessary. The only significant expenditure since the re-commissioning work in 2000 was over 4500 of work in 2011/2012. This work included a further brake overhaul and various mechanical and electrical work. With steady use since then, the Humber has arrived with us in lovely order and does drive very well. Its 3.5 six cylinder engine runs beautifully and offers impressive performance. The gearbox feels strong, changesnicely and the Humber rides, steers and brakes well. Confidence can be taken from the previous owners regular use and the car has a strong, robust feel and is most certainly very usable. The Humber starts reliably, drives beautifully and its powerful engine means it can be driven comfortably for longer distance touring. SN 5437 is a large, impressive motor car and with sharp, deep paintwork and bright chrome it does present incredibly well. It's a beautiful looking car and whilst some may prefer a brand new looking interior, our car has a wonderful patina and charm with its original seating still in remarkably good order. The carpeted section of the lower door cards are quite worn but it does represent 80 years of history and cosmetic work to the trim can be carried out if necessary. The glass chauffeur patrician is still in place functioning correctly and whilst many, many years ago the Laundaulette style hood was covered over externally at the rear of the car, the original interior headlining andhandles etc are all still in place so we are happy to explore the option of re-instating this so rear passengers can have open top motoring. Humber's original sales brochure stated the car combines simple dignity of appearance with interior roominess and charm. The folding head is particularly neatly constructed, the hinged supports being concealed in the roof itself. This is a wonderful, rare piece of motoring history and it offers a very unique opportunity. Please enquire for the further details. Price: 34,995

We are delighted to own this fabulous Lancia Aprilia, a genuine UK London RHD supplied car that comes with an exceptional history. These very sought after cars are famous for being a Mille Miglia, Monte Carlo Rally, Spa 24 hours, Leige-Rome-Liege and Targa Abruzzo class winner. They were based around a lightweight, four door pillarless monocoque equipped with all round independent suspension, four wheel hydraulic brakes and powered by a narrow angle 1352cc V4 engine with four speed manual transmission. They were particularly advanced for this era and generation; handling was very impressive and with a top speed of 80mph this really was an exciting car of its day. Our London registered car still retains its original registration mark FLE 851 and comes with an impressive, comprehensive history file dating back to the 1960's. The cars continuation brown 'buff' logbook tells us the Lancia was in Woking in 1961, Hemel Hempstead in 1965, Earls Court Square, London in 1968 and by 1969 it was purchased bya Hampshire based owner who kept the car for almost 25 years. Correspondence in the history tells us the car required restoration work on initial purchase to include an engine rebuild, interior re-trim, re wire and bodywork. After 24 years of regular use, it was in need of work again when selling the car in the early 1990's. A photo record from 1993 shows the Aprilia in need of restoration and over three years the car was taken to a beautiful standard and was then ready for shows, events and long distance touring. Photos show the Lancia throughout the 1990's at various places to include the Bristol Lancia AGM on its first outing since completion in 1996 and touring France and Italy later in the year, photos of the car on the Monte Cenis pass and in Longotto,Turin. In 1997 the Lancia completed the Sliding Pillar rally, in May 1997 it featured at the Lancia Club rally in France and in September 1997 the car was present at Castle Combe and Hollyhouse Farm. In April 1998 the car was back in France onthe Celtic Rally Brittany and from previous MOT certificates we can see the Lancia covered approaching 5000 miles from rebuild completion in 1996 to the early 2000's. Between 2008 and 2010 in the region of 20,000 was spent on FLE 851 to include almost 15,000 with Omicron Classico, much of their work was carried out on the engine. The Lancia was also treated to a professional re-spray. The engine rebuild included the entire bottom end being re-white metalled, a new set of liners were machined, pistons were re-machined, the crankshaft was re-installed and the end float set and the engine completely rebuilt. The cylinder head overhauled and re-installed and a new clutch also fitted. Since this work the Lancia has covered just 1000 miles. The Aprilia has arrived with us in delightful condition, driving very well with a lovely strong engine holding very good oil pressure, delightful gearbox and as reported in its early days, it's a very advanced 1940's car that is truly fabulous to drive. Nine yearsafter its rep-paint the finish has nicely aged, it has a lovely deep finish, the bodywork has lovely straight panels, chrome work is bright and the interior is delightful. This is a very exciting car, it's a rare genuine RHD car with superb provenance and its condition is just perfect for what it did so well during the 1990's, for driving, long distance touring and shows/events. From 2015 to 2019 the second owner has thoroughly enjoyed the car, covering over 10,000 miles in four years. The SL has been used for some classic shows, the summer office commute into Manchester and general weekend use. This exceptional original right hand drive MGA Coupe was built between the 2nd and 8th April 1957 and exported new to Switzerland where it has been for the majority of the past 61 years. The MGA was supplied new with wire wheels and kilometres speedo. The MGA has been registered in Switzerland since new and has been meticulously maintained and pampered throughout its life and was also subject of a 1990's restoration. Swiss traffic regulations are extremely strict on car quality, maintenance and overall condition and a stringent Matriculation roadworthy process and check must be carried out to keep the car on the road. This car also has a valued Swiss veteran status meaning it has been subject to a more detailed examination. The MGA has spent most of its life in the sunny region of the southern Swiss Alpes and we are told the car has had just three owners in its lifetime. The last owner, one of our regular customers based in both Switzerland and the Netherlands bought the MGA in 2014. He and hiswife bought the car as a wedding present and it spent most of its time at their Schwyz property and it has been used sparingly in both Switzerland and Holland. They found the car in Ticino whilst enjoying a drive around the Lago Maggiore, the MGA was in the display at the Classic Bugatti Garage Belotti in Locarno in Southern Switzerland. The Bugatti Garage had the MGA displayed with other numerous classics and were convinced of its premium quality and overall excellent condition having known the car very well. The quality of this MGA is first class with exceptional paintwork and bodywork. We know from the history file the car had substantial work during the 1990's and it still retains a beautiful, deep paint finish with superb panels and gaps. The engine bay is superbly presented yet still very usable and the underside is absolutely first class. On arrival the MGA was submitted to our workshops for a check over and we can confirm the car is in excellent mechanical order. The engine is superb withexcellent oil pressure, the four speed gearbox is strong with excellent syncromesh and the brakes, steering and suspension system are all working perfectly. The interior has recently been treated to re-trimmed leather seats and new door cards giving the car an all-round first class finish.
