Following on from the highly successful and stunningly good looking Tr4 the fuel injected Tr5 was only in production for 13 months before the mass-produced Tr6 replaced it. Total Uk cars built were around 1100 units so they have become highly sought after and rare collectors items during the past few years. This lovely midnight blue example was delivered to the UK on April 19, 1968, complete with an overdrive, wire wheels and a tonneau cover, and still has her original engine. There are three registered keepers and a good history file including old log books, mots and a comprehensive photo library of the restoration. A complete body-off restoration was completed around 20 years ago by the Northern TR Centre and the quality of workmanship was clearly very high as she still presents beautifully today. She has received ongoing maintenance as necessary having only covered around 25,000 miles since complete restoration and looks resplendent with the beige leather seats contrasting well with the blue paint. These cars are great drivers cars with nearly 150 bhp and 900 kgs they are quick and the overdrive really provides flexible and comfortable cruising speeds, enabling long trips to be covered with ease. On the road, this one is a very strong driver, very well set up with a great soundtrack from the exhaust and abundant power from the 150bhp engine. Supplied fully inspected, serviced with 12 months warranty.

What can you say about short wheelbase 1960s Porsches? They are legendary cars and will only become more iconic and valuable as time goes on. This 912 has lived in the west coast of USA all of its life and has, therefore, survived the ravages of rust that affects European versions. We sourced her along with others in 2014 in the USA and sold her to a very discerning owner who has maintained her to the highest standards. Although the 912 does not have a 6 cylinder engine it still has the legendary engine well known from the previous 356 and is a better balanced driving car in many ways to an early 911. This stunning Irish green example was one of the last Porsche built Swb before changing to the long wheelbase model which was Karman built. Although it has never been stripped down for full restoration this car has received milder improvements. This means that the body panels are fitting as Stuttgart intended rather than the uneven panel fit that you can get from most early Porsche restorations. It is notoriously difficult to replicate factory standards and build quality. The recent work carried out includes carb refurb, new Blockley tyres, brake discs, callipers, Elec ignition etc This is not the average imported 912 but one of the best available anywhere and becoming very difficult to find at well under half the price of the equivalent 911 with the only difference being 2 cylinders more. On the road you cannot help but enjoy the lively and alive nature of the early Porsches, the 912 is so well balanced. The 912 is definitely the bargain of the early Porsches and very likely to catch up the 911, whose investment record over the past few years speaks for itself. Supplied fully inspected, serviced with 12 months warranty.

The Big Healeys have long been viewed as the ultimate British sports cars of the 1960s. Development of the line started with the 1952 Healey 100 launched at the London Motor Show. The evocative lines and superb handling of the Healey made it a sleek and successful rally car all around the world. With its 6-cylinder engine giving plenty of torque, the cars are more than quick enough to keep up with modern day traffic. This example was supplied new to California where it lived for 30 years until returning to Blighty . Well looked after and with the benefit of living in a great climate she has lasted well with an originality often difficult to find in over restored examples. Ongoing maintenance inc mild restoration in the 1990s has been carried out and an unleaded head also fitted. There is a heritage certificate confirming she was supplied in red with wire wheels and overdrive in 1962 On the road these early Healeys are great fun especially considering this one is nearly 60 years old and this one is hard to beat with a great colour combination. Supplied fully inspected, serviced with a 12 month warranty.
