1975 Triumph Stag 3.0 V8 MK II. Manual Overdrive. Pimento red with black upholstery. Consistently voted one of the nations favourite classic cars, the Michelotti-styled Triumph Stag was sold between 1970 and 1978 and was a full four-seater sports tourer designed to compete with rivals like the much more expensive Mercedes SL. Powered by an all-new 3-litre V8 that produced 145bhp, it had a wonderfully burbling exhaust note and even the automatic versions would happily surge to a top speed of 115mph. For the more sporting driver a manual version was also offered with overdrive on the top three ratios which effectively gave it a 7-speed box still impressive today, let alone in the Seventies! This Triumph Stag was first registered on 16th October 1975, the registration mark was issued on the same day, it can be assumed that LLU 480P is the original registration number. Finished in the striking colour combination of Pimento Red with a black interior and black hood this Triumph Stag is fitted with thedesirable manual transmission giving an enhanced driving experience. These iconic sports cars from the 70s come in various conditions, this example is certainly towards the upper end of the scale, the fastidious keeper has a collection of cars and is only selling this Triumph due to lack of storage space, The car was acquired last March from a gentleman who had owned it for 19 years. He immediately set about a programme of improvements which included new shock absorbers, poly bushes and a full service. Earlier invoices show restoration work carried out between 2007 and 2010 replacing outriggers, jacking points and panel work as required adding up to over £5000. In 2017 the the cylinder head gaskets were replaced. Showing no signs of corrosion and with an engine that starts on the button the car performed very well when driven for photographs. Although now tax and mot exempt a fresh MOT will be applied upon sale. The history file shows no lack of upkeep denoted by older invoices and MoT certificatesdating back to 1980 this Triumph Stag is one of the best examples we have seen in recent times. The car also still has its factory hard top present and in very good condition unlike so many out there. The early reliability problems have all been dealt with and today, with an excellent owners club and specialist spares and maintenance back up, these 1970s sports tourers are ideal for fast and comfortable touring whilst being easily maintained. With this in mind and the forthcoming summer months, what better way to enjoy this lovely, Giovanni Michelotti designed, Triumph. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit cards accepted. Free U.K mainland delivery.

1973 Bond Bug 700. Very rare Bond Bug that is now becoming very collectable. The Bond Bug is a small British two-seat, three-wheeled automobile which was built from 1970 to 1974, initially by Bond Cars Ltd, but subsequently by the Reliant Motor Company. It is a wedge-shaped microcar, with a lift-up canopy and side screens instead of conventional doors .Following the purchase of Bond Cars Ltd., Reliant commissioned Tom Karen of Ogle Design to design a fun car. The Bond Bug was based on chief engineer John Crosthwaite's newly designed chassis and some Reliant Regal running gear. The original concept was explored by chopping down a production Regal vehicle, the rear of the car being shortened to end over the rear axle. The engine is the front-mounted 700 cc Reliant light-alloy four-cylinder unit, developed from the Austin 7, and which protruded into the passenger cabin. At launch 29 bhp was claimed for the less expensive 700 and 700E models. The Bug comes complete with a history folder containing oldmot's, parts and service invoices and has covered only 2000 miles in the last ten years. Both removable doors are present and in excellent condition. The Bond Bug was available in a bright orange tangerine colour, although six white Bugs were produced for a Rothmans cigarette promotion one of which was also used in an advertisement for Cape Fruit. Only three Rothmans bugs are known to exist. The Bond Bug was sold as being fun to drive, with the low seating position giving a similar exaggerated impression of speed. However the Bug was no cheaper than more practical cars, costing £629, while a basic 850 cc Mini cost just £620. Tom Karen oversaw the design and production of Luke Skywalker's landspeeder from Star Wars, one of the models was built upon the chassis of a Bond Bug the wheels hidden by mirrors angled at 45° to the ground. This Bug starts on the button and is a real headturner, on a short test drive it didn't disappoint performing very well and making lots of people smile. We see this car asa sound investment as they very seldom come to market. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.

1961 Austin Healey Frogeye Sprite. Green with Red Leather upholstery, brand new black hood and a black tonneau cover. An original right hand drive `home market' car that was extensively restored and upgraded by engineer Clark Dawson using a fresh corrosion-free body shell, It is something of a wolf in sheep's clothing. Coventry-Climax-inspired, its jewel-like power plant develops circa 100bhp @ 7,500rpm thanks to an enlarged Rootes B1 alloy block (998cc), big valve Imp cylinder head, R17 camshaft, balanced flywheel/clutch, Power Max pistons and twin Weber 40 DCOE carburettors as fitted to a 1960s Lotus Elite. A superb installation that retains the original engine mountings and BMC gearbox, it nevertheless endows the Little Healey with approximately 155bhp/ton and improved weight distribution. Calmed via uprated disc/drum brakes and revised suspension, this stunning Frogeye was the subject of a five-page article in MG Enthusiast magazine (April 2012) and is the best Frogeye we have had the fortuneto own. The car is in stunning overall condition with every part either renewed or rebuilt during the restoration process, this consists of new carpets, seats and door trim as well as a brand new roof frame with a new hood and tonneau. The car sounds superb revving freely through a stainless Scorpion exhaust giving a lovely note. The Austin is a real thrill to drive and will put a huge smile on your face. 1960 Austin Healey Frogeye Sprite MK I. Dark red with black upholstery. This beautiful Frogeye is a real credit to its previous owners. Far too much work has been done to the car to go into here, but highlights include a full engine rebuild in 2000 when an unleaded cylinder head was fitted along with larger 1.25in SU carburettors and a sports camshaft. A replacement Hardy Engineering gearbox was also fitted complete with uprated synchromesh. A large number of old MOTs from 1977 to 2018 would indicate that it has covered some 20,600 miles since the engine rebuild. In 2004 it was entrusted to Frogeye specialist The Ennion Workshop for a £4,500 bodywork refurbishment which included a new steel bonnet, sills, repaint etc. It also benefited from a new clutch, radiator, front shock absorbers, carpet set, hood, tonneau, stainless steel exhaust plus much else besides. Other bills attest to subsequent maintenance including new rear springs in 2013. More recently it has been fitted with a new timing chain, distributor parts, and coil. Looking gorgeous and running beautifully as we took it for photographs, it also comes with a Heritage Certificate, some period sales brochures, the original buff log book, several old V5s, many photographs plus so many invoices that it would take you several hours to comb through them! Suffice to say that it certainly impressed us and we feel sure it will have the same effect on you. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. 1989 Alfa Romeo Spider 2.0 S3. The Alfa Romeo Spider was manufactured from 1966 to 1993 and is widely regarded as a design classic, remaining in production for almost three decades. The three first series were assembled by Pininfarina in Grugliasco and the fourth series in San Giorgio Canavese; this was the last rear wheel drive Alfa Romeo. The Spider underwent a major styling revamp in 1983 which saw the introduction of black rubber front and rear bumpers. The front bumper incorporated the grille and a small soft rubber spoiler was added to the boot lid, which altered the exterior appearance of the car considerably. Various other minor mechanical and aesthetic modifications were also made and the 1600 car dropped the 'Junior' name. Metallic Blue with Magnolia sports upholstery and a black mohair hood. An original new vehicle import that was supplied new by Bell & Colville with the invoice on file along with another invoice when the car was re-sold in 1992. We have a large history file with theAlfa containing MOT certificates back to 1992 which was its first test. Also a large amount of bills and invoices with the most recent in August 2017 from Pro Alfa for £927.60 for a new exhaust, front control arms, bushes, links and new door mirrors. The Spider has an MOT until March 2019 with no recorded advisories. The paintwork is very good with the car still displaying a good sheen with no signs of rust or rot, the mohair hood free from any tears and water tight with a clear rear window and the interior trim and door cards free from any rips or tears and in good all round order. The car starts on the button and drives very well with a strong 2.0 litre twin cam engine with good oil pressure mated to a smooth five speed gearbox. The car is extremely fun to drive and is a good all round sports car. These are quick and competent cars with typical Alfa flair and very very enjoyable. The Alfa Spider is regarded as one of the best looking convertibles that is very usable daily or just for weekendpleasure. As it was said on a series of Top Gear program 'you are not a true classic car enthusiast until you have owned an Alfa'. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit cards accepted. 1961 Austin Seven Mini 848cc. Old English White with Red and Grey upholstery. Mini Cooper values have been rising steadily for some years now but, as Issigonis's revolutionary baby celebrates its 60th anniversary, all its myriad versions have come under the spotlight, and good early 848cc examples are in increasingly strong demand. This pretty September 1961 Austin Seven variant has been a resident of Bristol for most of its life to date, and has apparently covered a modest 49,700 miles from new. The Red and White interior trim is original, while the bodywork and mechanicals were restored between 2008 and 2010, during which the car was resprayed in its attractive original colour of Old English White. The car runs and drives extremely well and performs just as it should with a strong engine and smooth gearbox. The top end of the market now sees these cars in excess of £20000 so we see this car at very good value at the asking price. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit cardsaccepted. 1954 MG TF. MG Red with Biscuit leather upholstery. The first post-war MG, the TC, bore great similarity to the pre-war TB and was superseded by the TD in 1950. Though visually similar to the earlier cars, it was built around the more modern chassis of the Y-Type Saloon, and it was around the uprated MKII TD that the TF of 1953 was based. Intended as an interim model pending the arrival of the upcoming MGA, its fared-in headlights and sloping radiator grille ensured more modern looks, and for the last year of manufacture the engine capacity was increased to 1,466cc. Just 3,400 of these so-called TF 1500s were ultimately produced. It was repatriated back to the UK in 2017. A back to chassis restoration has been carried out some years ago and the car is still in outstanding condition. The previous owner had been looking for the best example he could find and eventually settled on this car cherishing it in his ownership. The car drives and performs well, having always been garaged and comes with afresh MoT upon sale even though the MG is exempt. This endearing little car would seem like a good way into MG ownership, being in ready-to-go condition with lots of enjoyable miles (and smiles) still on offer. Absolutely any inspection is welcome.
