Evos are definitely my thing. All-wheel-drive cars are the most fun if you ask me. Growing up in New Zealand I always had them, and when I moved to Australia it was no different. I bought this car from my brother in mostly stock condition. My brother shares the same passion for Evos which has helped me a lot.

This Tommi Makinen edition came with heaps of extra bits like Enkei wheels, Recaro seats, better suspension, and a more powerful turbo setup. But I’ve done a fair bit on top of that. Bigger turbo, injectors, coilovers, a tune, the list goes on. I drive this car pretty hard, as you can see by the state of her right now. The car is getting kinda rare nowadays, but that won’t stop me from putting it through its paces. Luckily it has never given me much trouble.

It’s at home here on the Great Ocean Road, especially in the wet weather.

It’s been heaps of fun chasing GT-Rs and stuff today, this car really does punch above its weight. I don’t have any major plans for it, just keep driving and enjoying it. Besides, I have other cars at home that need attention right now anyway.
