Jaguar enthusiast Jordan Roddy realises his childhood dream of owning one of the rarest supercars in the world, a V12 Jaguar XJR-15

 

1991 Jaguar XJR-15 Part 1

Unique Cars staffer, Scott Murray, meets Jordan Roddy, a 29-year-old Jaguar enthusiast and engineer who has dreamed of owning an XJR-15 supercar since he was a child.

After recently tracking down this particular car - chassis 28 of 50 - in Japan, Jordan is now in the process of bringing it back to its former glory in time for its debut at this year's Motorclassica - 50 years of the Supercar exhibition.

"I think it's good that someone is doing this car justice in bringing it back to the way it should be," Jordan says.

We were there with Jordan on the day he first started up the enormous V12 engine since he had the car.
