The annual Phillip Island Historics is one of those must-see events on the calendar, as it attracts an incredible range of machinery, including both exotic and famous race cars, through to the very humble.
And, of course, there’s a big impromtu car show in the spectator area. This year, the 50th anniversary of local maker Bolwell was a highlight, with a big fleet of the tiny company’s product on display.
Across the main straight. lots of famous names could be seen wandering around, including Moffat, Richards, Johnson, Carter and Bowe.
