Giant workshop with living quarters for sale
It’s something most of us dream of owning – a giant shed/workshop that has living quarters (and a bar) attached. Well, apparently dreams can come tue.
What was Crookwell Autos (formerly Mackaness & Avery), at 114 Gouldburn St in sunny Crookwell (New South Wales) is up for sale.
At some stage a former owner had semi-converted part of the giant shed into living quarters, sensibly leaving the majority of the space as a workshop.
The latter appears to have two car hoists and a service pit, with access at both ends of the building and a fair amount of storage space.
What’s not to like? The sale is being handled by a local real estate agent and you can see the listing here. No price is mentioned – instead the agent is asking for expressions of interest.
