Seven 82 Motors has fired up an auction boasting a good mix of classics and street machines. Here are some highlights.
This DRB replica Cobra runs a 5.0lt injected V8 out of an XR8 with auto out of the same car. It rides on modified Jaguar suspension and has been on the road since 2006.
This Brisbane-built HJ Sandman is the real deal and has clearly undergone a restoration. It’s running a 253 V8 and four-speed M20 manual trans. There’s no missing one of these out on a run!
A very tidy-looking 1973 XB Ford Falcon GS hardtop rounds out our picks. What we like is the driveline combo: a 302 V8 matched to four-speed manual. It seems to come with a reasonable amount of history and paperwork. Potentially a really nice cruiser.
