The hugely popular BMW E46 is the fourth and best-selling generation of the 3 Series. This compact model was produced from 1997 to 2006.

The work of chief engineer Wolfgang Ziebart, R&D boss Wolfgang Reitzle and chief designer Chris Bangle, the lineup consisted of sedan, coupe, convertible, station wagon and hatchback body styles.

Improved aero and a more aggressive stance make the E46 stand out.

This Special Edition E46 BMW sports the silky smooth 141kW, 2.5-litre six that in this case is tied to a six-speed auto. It has had three owners and shows 174,000 kms.

According to the ad it's in excellent condition and has always been garaged. It recently had new Bridgestone run-flat tyres fitted to its 17-inch alloys, a new headlining and a new battery. It's offered with a RWC at $13,995. See more here.
