UNIQUE CARS MAGAZINE #430 OUT NOW | FALCON FURY!
A pair of rare RPO83 XA GTs grace our cover, with a whole lot more inside!
While Ford’s Phase IV program was famously killed off in 1972, with just four cars built and enough stock leftover to produce at least 250 more; Ford sent out a clandestine memo to dealers – announcing the RPO (Regular Production Order) 83.
It’s these rare, and incredibly hard to authenticate, cars that carry on the spirit and DNA of the stillborn Phase IV – and we’re thrilled to have two grace the cover of our latest issue of Unique Cars Magazine (#430). You can find it on shelves today!
Further back we round up a trio of Bavaria’s best bahn-storming brutes: a genuine E24 M6, an Alpina B10 3.5, and a drop-dead gorgeous E9 CSI Special.
We then follow Tim & Frankie Guiness and the rest of the Baling Twine Racing Team on their second-attempt at the salt flats of Speedweek with Tim's trusty Alfasud!
Up front in this month’s ToyBox, we throw our good friend John Bowe the keys to the ultimate collectible Kombi – a 1957 Samba; and Higgo gives the all-new Audi A7 a fang.
This month’s Reader’s Resto comes courtesy of a spectacular 1964 Ferrari 330 GT. It once appeared on the cover of a vintage Modern Motor magazine, and has just undergone a meticulous five-year restoration and has been with its current owners for 36 years!
The latest Staff Car updates sees Glenn Torrens – and a few of his cars – landing in your living room TV, and Guido gives the cheap and cheerful Soarer some fresh legs, replacing the ailing air suspension for a more conventional setup.
PLUS:
- Uncle Phil’s top buys
- Morley’s workshop
- And all of the latest auction news and more!
