Hummer H1 Hummer H1

Genuine mil-spec H1 converted to right-hand drive and ready to rego!

The Humvee was famously developed for personnel and light cargo transport throughout various US Military campaigns dating back to the Gulf War of the early 90s.

It released to the civilian market in March of 1992 and was popularised by various pop culture characters like actor-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Engineered to traverse rough terrain, the HMMWV underwent various updates throughout its lifecycle – gaining more power, air conditioning and suspension revisions, you know, normal passenger car stuff. Oh, and updated with increasingly armoured passenger protection throughout the Iraq War period… so not like a normal car at all.

This 1999 Humvee is a genuine ex-US military vehicle and was converted to right-hand drive here in NSW.

The AWD H1 still bears its original 6.2lt V8 and Turbo 700 gearbox and seats four.

The car is described to be in immaculate condition (as much as a fully serving troop carrier can be) and has been on display in a car museum for the past few years.

It bears all correct import papers and engineering documentation and is able to be registered in any Australian state.

The car is still outfitted in combat specification: with a two-way lift hard lid, bull bar, tow bar, bonnet tool kit, rotating turret roof and machine gun mount (no firearms included), military radios, ammo boxes and camouflage netting.

It’s certainly a Unique vehicle that bears niche collector appeal. After something different to rock up to Cars & Coffee to? This might be the way to go.

The car is based in New South Wales, and comes with blue slip and 6 months of NSW rego (if required).

The car is listed for $110,000, you can check out the full listing here!
