Make a statement with a dose of the seventies

It's hard to imagine a current manufacturer making anywhere near as loud a visual statement at this these days, which is a shame.

This 1972 Dodge Charger is part of the B-body series, out of the third generation. By this time emission regs were clamping down on engine performance, to it was left to aftermarket tuners to breathe life into the 400-cube (6.5lt) V8 in the nose.

This example is running a three-speed auto and looks as though a lot of work has gone into dressing up the exterior as a 440 Superbee tribute, and engine bay.
