One owner from new!

The VH Holden Commodore is the third iteration of the first generation of one of Australia’s greatest automotive monikers.

Released in October of 1981, the VH replaced the outgoing VC Commodore, and stayed in production until February 1984.

The VC was produced in three locations; locally, at GMHs Dandenong and Elizabeth factories, and in New Zealand, at their Trentham factory.

Customers could have their VC Commodore as either a four-door sedan or five-door wagon.

Power was derived from a range engines that included a 1.9lt inline four-cylinder, 2.85lt or 3.3lt inline six-cylinder or a 4.1lt or 5.0lt V8.

These donks sent their shove to the VHs rear wheels via either a four or five-speed manual or a three-speed automatic transmission.

The VH was made available to customers in a number of different models across the range that comprised the SL, SL/X, SL/E and SS.

This particular VH is an ’82 SL model which comes equipped with the 3.3lt inline six-cylinder donk and three-speed automatic transmission.

According to the seller, the vehicle has an original 204,651 kilometres showing on the clock and has only ever had one owner from new.

The seller adds that the vehicle is in immaculate condition, has been fully serviced from new and has working air-conditioning.

The super tidy VH is $14,000 and anyone interested in this Aussie classic can view the full listing here.
