Not the Ferrari

Copy: Looking to own one of the rarest and most desirable Ferraris ever made but don’t have a spare $50,000,000 lying around? Well, dear reader, your troubles are at an end.

Enter the Datsun 260Z with Corsa 250 GTO bodykit. That’s right, under the convincing Ferrari red exterior lays the beating heart of a 26-ounce car.

However, this isn’t just any old 260Z, the owner has had some significant modifications completed to the factory L28 straight-6 donk.

For a start, the engine now has a side-mounted SC14 supercharger attached to it, and a Holley 350 race carburettor. This oomph is sent to the rear wheels via the 260Z’s standard 5-speed manual transmission.

Other modifications to the Datrari 260 GTO include knock-on spoke wheels and Ferrari sticker and decal pack.  The seller will also include in the sale a set of GTO headlight covers which are currently being made in the States.

The seller also says that the interior is in excellent condition and comes equipped with race recliner seats, new carpets, new dash, new mats and a push button starter and boost gauge.

The Ferrasun is currently for sale at $48,000. However the seller believes that, due to the rare nature of the bodykit, the vehicle is sure to increase in value for years to come.
