Morgan 3-Wheeler Long Drive - Day 5

Date:               10 August, 2015

Drive:              Castlecrag to Salamander Bay

Distance:         198 klms

A beautiful day in Sydney. A short drive to Cremorne Prestige Service at Artarmon to get the M3W’s first service. Oil and filter change. A few minor adjustments and a couple of items that need to be followed up back in Brisbane but ready for the road again.

Meanwhile, we made the most of the sunshine. If you are in Sydney and have half a day to spare – go climb a bridge. Amazing. Tried to explain to my 11 year old that the Engineers didn’t have computers or even calculators. They had to do all the maths with a pencil, paper and slide rule.

Peak hour Sydney traffic is not the place for a Morgan. Once we hit the M1 she was back in her element. Lovely short drive over the Hawkesbury and Hexham bridges.

Tomorrow heading inland to Tamworth.
