Our good friend Marchettino has filmed the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato at the 2011 Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza and captured the sound of this privileged child of British and Italian heritage.

What you're hearing is the V12 Zagato's 6.0 litre V12 engine producing 510 bhp (380 kW / 517 PS) and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque. The car is a creation of Aston Martin (based on the V12 Vantage) and Italian design house Zagato.

Soon, we'll also see the car on the track as it is slated to make a couple of special racing appearances - the first coming this weekend at the four-hour VLN race at Nürburgring on May 28. The car will also race at the Nürburgring 24 hour endurance event on June 25 and 26.
