Bathursts National Motor Racing Museum kicks into high gear for Fathers Day

Free entry for dad with the chance for a hot lap in one of four race-winning cars

The National Motor Racing Museum in Bathurst is celebrating Father’s Day alongside its own 30th anniversary this Sunday with free entry to the museum for dad, and the chance to lap The Mountain in any one of four race-winning cars.

Dad will have the chance to get behind the wheel of a 1968 Hardie-Ferodo 500 replica HK Monaro, a 1967 Ford XR GT, a 1966 Mini Cooper S, or a 1965 Ford Cortina GT for an unforgettable lap of Mount Panorama.

The museum is also offering just 10 seats for a Mountain lap in the museum’s replica George Reed Special, the winner of the 1951 Australian Grand Prix, as well as an exclusive NMRM 30th Anniversary hat.

Hot lap tickets are just $10, with museum entry prices being: $15 per adult, $7 for children, $33 for families with free entry for dad.
