1976 HOLDEN LE MONARO
The Monaro swansong until 2001, was the LE of which 480 were produced. Based on the HX series this example has a 5.0lt V8 bolted to a Turbo 400 auto. It has been resprayed its original burgundy and from new, covered 179,292 kilometres. The LE is distinguished by its quad headlights, bonnet mascot, front and rear overriders. Inside is the signature red cloth trim woodgrain accents, power windows and factory air. The LE was the end of a long and successful road for the original Monaro era.

1981 PORSCHE 924 CARRERA GT
One of only 406 made, which has travelled 48,650 klicks. It’s in original condition and with full service history. The 924 Carrera GT is one front-engined Porsche you’d want to own. Launched in 1979 the Carrera GT is distinguishable by its bonnet air intake and widened guards. This left-hand drive example was held by its original owner until 1999, with its second and third owners putting it in storage. It has only done 48,919km in 44 years and went with the original service book, Porsche Heritage Certificate.

1967 HOLDEN HR SPECIAL
Launched in 1966 the HR got a new look, new suspension and a wider track. This largely original, matching numbers 186ci powered version, has been with the one family since new. It was the daily driver of an uncle of the vendor, who has used it sparingly since. Finished in Windora Beige and Grecian White paintwork, it’s fitted with the optional heater and went with an original Owner’s Manual, Holden Owner Protection Plan (service) book and shop manual.

1966 AUSTIN-HEALEY MKIII 3000 BJ8
This Healey arrived in the UK in 2006 from Switzerland, was converted to right-hand drive and has had the one owner since, who kept it in an Airflow Airchamber. It has done 3200 miles since 2007. Resprayed in its original Healey Blue, with black trim, it was built July 1966 in LHD form and came with a file of invoices showing its regular upkeep. This included a new dark blue Mohair soft top and cover, a new clutch kit in 2018, and in 2020 the chassis was cleaned and rust proofed.

1968 HK HOLDEN MONARO GTS 327
Here’s a pearler for any iron lion or muscle car enthusiast. A genuine HK 327 GTS Monaro that has just had a comprehensive restoration completed. This beaut blue GTS has been with the vendor for the past 25 years and lovingly cared for during this time. Best of all, now the resto is complete, it is time to simply get in, turn the key, hear the burble of the V8 and enjoy Holden’s first coupe, which was also a Bathurst winner, and enjoy driving a true Aussie classic muscle car. 1969 AUSTIN 1800 MKII
When did you last see one of these? Known affectionately as the Landcrab, it was BMC’s third front-wheel drive model and designed by Sir Alex Issigonis. This is a one-owner car from the Ric Begg Collection. Around 10 years ago, the 1800 underwent a major cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment at considerable expense, with most of the work by British Sporting Cars at Kangaroo Flat. Now it looks, feels and drives like a new one, if not better. It’s an attention getter.

1980 FORD ESCORT MK2 1600 HARRIER
One of 1500 made to commemorate Ford winning the 1979 World Rally Championship and believed one of 30 survivors, this Escort recently underwent a full restoration and has travelled just 200 miles since on a rebuilt engine. Finished in Diamond White, the flat front and rubber rear RS spoiler combined with the unique three-tone blue body stripes, distinguish the Harrier models. The vendor owned it for the past decade and in that time drove it just 500 miles.

1959 GOGGOMOBIL DART
“G O G G O,” exclaimed Tommy Dysart in the Shannons ad that put the microscopic Goggombil in front and centre in people’s minds. This Dart has the ‘big block’ 392 cc engine. Goggomobil came to Australia through Sydney car dealer and importer Bill Buckle. To swerve around tax rules, they arrived in kit form and had the fibreglass bodies made locally. It comes from the Ric Begg’s collection.

1986 BMW 635CSI
The E24 BMW coupe is regarded as one of the finest from the Bavarian brand and this beaut 635CSi has been with the seller for the last 12 years, having had the one previous owner. A timeless grand tourer, this one features the legendary 3.5lt inline-six sending power to the rear via an auto trans. Diamond black in colour with striking (retrimmed) red leather inside, it shows 190,247 kilometres on the clock. Completing the picture are period-correct 18-inch BBS split-rim alloys.

1963 TRIUMPH TR4 ROADSTER
The TR4 was a giant leap forward for the marque with a newly styled body by Michelotti. The 2.2lt four put out 100 horsepower, and a wider front and rear track made the TR4 nimbler. Supplied with a BMIHT Certificate, factory records confirm this lovely Triumph TR4 was completed on October 14, 1963. Purchased in May 2010 by the late owner, an experienced enthusiast with around 13 restorations under his belt.

2009 BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GTC MULLINER
The Continental GTC combines luxury and refinement with brutal performance from its twin-turbo 6-litre W12 with 552 horses fed through a 6-speed auto and sent to all wheels. It has a top speed of 195mph. This one in Black Onyx has the Mulliner Driving Specification comprising 21-inch wheels, drilled alloy sport pedals, diamond-quilted leather seats with embroidered Bentley emblems and deep pile carpets. It came with the original books and service records.

1998 SUBARU WRX TYPE R
The STi Type R is a JDM limited-edition model with just 635 made. This one had a respray in 2022 and its flat-four turbo-engine was rebuilt in 2023. Finished in signature Sonic Blue, inside is grey suede and cloth trim, and it shows 71,553km from new. It has the hallmark gold alloys that are wrapped in Michelin tyres. Other features include a driver controlled centre diff and short shifter for the five-speed box. It went with the owner’s book pack and Japanese export certificate.

2013 PORSCHE 911 CLUB COUPE
You are looking at the rarest production Porsche 911, with only 13 made and just two in right-hand drive. This 991 Series Club Coupe was created to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the first Porsche Club of which there were 13 members. It’s painted Brewster Green and has a mere 7918 miles showing on the odo. Sitting in the back is a 3.8lt flat-six hooked up to a seven-speed PDK gearbox.

1984 PORSCHE 3.2 CARRERA TARGA
Old Porsches are like works of art; as they get older they become more valuable. The air-cooled powered 3.2lt Carrera Targa is a sought-after model and this one has a five-speed manual. Originally a UK car it lobbed here in 2003 and has been with the seller for five years. Accompanying the burgundy with beige leather interior Targa, are invoices including one for significant engine maintenance of $8367.71. It rides on 16-inch Fuchs wheels and shows 148,647 miles on the odo.

2002 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT W8
Here’s a sleeper, if ever there was one. A Passat with a 4.0lt W8 engine boasting 270+horses and a top speed of 155 mph. This one has an auto and all-wheel drive. It has travelled just 68,000 miles. The W8 Passat was loaded with a raft of luxo features and expensive. Painted Indigo Blue with a tan leather interior, it has a good touch of elegance and a big dose of performance. The perfect blend of rarity, performance. Bargain.

1970 PLYMOUTH SUPERBIRD
If you’re keen to own one of these, this is the one. It belonged to NASCAR legend (King) Richard Petty from 1982 to 2013 and then completely restored in 2014 by Petty’s garage. However, much of the interior was left alone. Added was the Petty embroidery to the seats. It sports its original driveline of a 440ci V8 and auto trans, and is one of 1935 made. It’s selling with the title in the name of Petty Enterprises, with the boot signed by Petty and sealed under clear coat. There’s also a letter from Richard Petty confirming it’s the only road-going Superbird he has owned. Unbeatable provenance.
