Mitsubishi FTO/Starion/Galant/Legnum/Sigma/Scorpion – 2021 Market Review

2022 Market Review - Mitsubishi FTO/Starion/Galant/Legnum/Sigma/Scorpion

An interesting assortment of affordable Mitsubishis in this group; all of them are becoming scarce. Of the cars that were sold new in Australia,

Starions are the most desirable and also beginning to generate decent money. If you can buy a good leaded fuel car for less than $40,000, do so. Early VR4 Galants come with rally kudos but rarely go above $20,000, with later Japanese V6 imports even cheaper.

Legnum wagons use the same motor and have drifted below $10,000, with the numbers of available cars shrinking. In even greater trouble are early 2.0-litre Sigmas and Scorpions, both of which have become very difficult to find and rarely reach $10,000.

Japanese-sourced FTO coupes could be enjoying a revival, or owners might just have been hopeful in their pricing.
