Mercedes-Benz SL 1957-89
Money, money, money. Almost everywhere you look under the heading of ‘SL’ you will find older Mercedes-Benz making a killing for their owners.

The V8-engined 350 and 450SL are still waiting for their big surge while the long-wheelbase SLC cars are hardly moving at all.
Unexpected but welcomed by owners was the jump in 560SL values – some cars reaching $80,000 after being advertised for a lot more.
Bigger things are expected of the 380SL too but for now it remains happy enough with $40-50,000.
