2023 Market Review - HSV Group A/GTS 1988-2011
Exceptional examples of some early HSVs have delivered averages that won’t be seen again for years, perhaps a decade.
Offerings included, at $500,000, a rare white version of the VN Group A plus another quite unremarkable red car at similar money. The numbers of VL ‘Walkinshaw’ Group As were down on previous years and prices above $200,000 will be hard to rekindle.
From 2022, the only VS GTS-R at $359,000 was well down on the previous $1 million dollar offering and still struggled. The sole VP GTS should, at $40,000, have sold, leaving those who missed out to negotiate vigorously on VR-VT versions or perhaps one of the later models which make $50,000 but still need to establish their collector market credentials.
VL Group A $275,000 [2]
VN Group A $352,995 [3]
VP GTS $39,500 [1]

VS GTS-R $359,000 [1]
