2021 Market Review - HSV Group A/GTS 1988-2011
Auction action and some extraordinary prices made this a very busy segment of the HSV market during 2021.
The first of 85 VS GTS-R Commodores (a car showing just 89 kilometres) was bid to an unprecedented $1,000,000 plus buyer premium but if that wasn’t to your taste, then $341,000 was offered for an equally pristine VN Group A SS. That car was Number 002 from a total build of 302.
VL Group As continue to achieve solid values and have attracted buyers with around $250,000 to spend and expectations of preserving their investment. Later GTS sedans are climbing in value as well, with upwards of $70,000 payable for VP-VTs.
VTII-VX cars with 300kW Callaway-tuned engines are headed for $100,000 and some vendors think their VY versions are already there.
VL Group A $226,565 [3]
VN Group A $241,750 [4] VP GTS [N/S]
VR-VT GTS $76,395 [5]
