HSV Clubsport/Maloo VN-VE – 2023 Market Review

2023 Market Review - HSV Clubsport/Maloo VN-VE

Except for some very recent and rare versions that have created overblown market expectations, not many Maloos are viewed as seriously collectable. If you can find an early VP, of which only were 49 made, and it is in remarkable condition, then $70,000 could be achievable.

Otherwise, your typical Maloo will be worth $25-40,000, with the most recent Maloo Es a little dearer. Clubsport sedans are following the same pattern; with early VN-VP versions very scarce but rarely exceeding $50,000 and later models with imported engines getting progressively cheaper.

If you want an HSV just for the sake of owning one then hang on a few months because there will be VR-Z Clubbies being sold in a crowded market at under $30,000 and good Clubsport Es at $10,000 more. Cars that have been well maintained and show low kilometres will still justify decent prices.
