If not for some early Holdens being sold for huge money at online auctions it would be easy to dismiss extreme asking prices as fanciful. However, when the hammer falls at $50,000+ on basic Holdens we know that money is out there for cars of this kind.

If you’re looking for something not too dear, 1956-57 FEs haven’t as yet matched the price increases being displayed by as others. Parts are still available to an extent, however cars needing structural repairs, a full repaint, trim and mechanical rebuild will cost way more to complete than one that’s finished and ready to use.
