This Brabham BT16 just might tickle the interest of anyone who has a hankering for an open-wheeler with a history
According to Donington auctions in Melbourne this example was purchased by John Coombs Racing to run in F2 with their gun driver, and future Formula One World Champion, Graham Hill. He raced the car in 1965 and 1966. It then came to Australia, where it was mofidied for Frank Gardner, who also had success with it.
It has undergone extensive restoration (see the online listing) and is in the July 21-28 online sale by doningtonauctions.com.au
