Wrest Point South East Rally
The South East Rally is a timed event which is run each January, using the picturesque roads of southern Tasmania. The emphasis is on enjoyment, but there are trophies to be won in the different classes of automobile. The event is formulated so that all road rules and speed limits can and should be adhered to. And one week earlier on 11 January there will a classic car display on the lawns of Parliament House, Hobart. All classic vehicles are welcome to attend this display, club membership or rally entrance are not required. Sponsored by Two-Way Taxi Trucks.

Adventure Travel Film Festival
There are films about everything from epic global motorcycle, rickshaw, taxi, aviation and train journeys to a two-year-old and her dad embarking on a 500km winter ski expedition in the Norwegian mountains.
