Prices for these Fords are on the rise.
Ford Falcon XA-XB Falcon GT
If you want for under $100,000 a Falcon GT that handles and stops pretty well then have a look at an XA or the less costly XB.
These cars collectively won three Bathurst 1000s and could have been written even further into history had the GTHO Phase 4 been allowed to live.
Excellent XA four-speed sedans remain available at $80,000 with XB four-doors $20,000 less.
GT Hardtops were difficult cars to sell when new but demand has now surged and very few can be found at less than $100,000.
Desirable XA RPO83 two-doors can crack $200,000 with sedans 25 per cent cheaper. Scarce colours have an influence on pricing too.
XA GT Sedan $87,285 [7]
XA GT H/T $135,000 [1]
