The weather was kind to Goodwood yet again, with barely any rain throughout the three days of the Festival, despite heavy rain at times within just miles of Goodwood. Record crowds poured in to this fantastic and frantic event for the first time, over 200,000 came through the gates during the four days of activities.

This year’s central display formed an arch right over Goodwood House to celebrate 120 years of Mercedes Benz’s involvement in motorsport. Suspended on the imposing arch were a pre-war Silver Arrows Mercedes and a current 2014 Formula One car.
