1970 Mark 2 MGB in near concourse condition. This car is a chrome bumper model.
This MGB has only travelled 78600 miles and was completely restored five years ago and only has done 1500 since. Car is registered on club plates but will be changed over to full road rego (March 2020) on sale
The car has a strong engine with a four speed manual gearbox.
These cars were supplied with twin SU carbs and these have also been fully overhauled.
The two six volts batteries have been replaced with two twelve volt batteries wired in parallel giving a better cranking starting power. The battery boxes have not been altered so the system can be returned to standard if required.
The soft top folds down behind front seats.
Motor, gearbox and diff are all in perfect working condition and would pass any test.
Paint work is in excellent condition, having had a complete repaint at time of restoration.
