Owned this for one year. I have another classic car and sadly realise keeping two is not realistic for me.
This is an extremely well documented MK1 1967 MGB GT. The last keeper invested a vast amount of money in this car including a respray (bare metal roof bonnet and doors) all work has a photo record. Some older welding was redone. Parabolic springs and spax shocks, full stainless steel twin pipe exhaust new SU carburettors, new brakes new tyres and many other items , all receipts in the records.
Shortly after buying it I fitted a new cylinder head , Ive also fitted a new hitorque starter, new battery, new Dynamator (alternator that looks like a dynamo) new water pump new seven blade fan and fan belt. New overdrive solenoid. LED bulbs. The car is fitted with an original 1960s Radiomobile radio that has been converted to FM and Ive fitted a DAB radio in the ashtray that transmits to the Radiomobile. It all starts goes and stops as it should. It sounds superb. Comes with 2 sets of hub caps if you prefer. MG car club valuation £15000
